how do we get the web version to see a meeting that I scheduled on my phone?

Can't seem to get the web zoom to see the phone zoom app. The meeting was scheduled on the web originally.

Try going to the link below - but inserting the Meeting ID for your missing meeting instead.

 

https://zoom.us/meeting/859XXXXX075/

 

So https://zoom.us/meeting/  + your missing Meeting ID

 

See what happens - of if that gets you anywhere.

Are you logged in to both your phone and the web using the same Zoom account?

 

Is this a Past meeting, or an Upcoming one?

Hi Rupert, this is a recurring meeting that is both past and upcoming. I made the link on the WEB last Monday for a Wednesday class. I was able to use the link on my phone but it disappeared on the web. I turned off both my phone and the WEB for several hours after making the link. And again this morning. Then turned on just the computer, it is still not showing up on the WEB application. 

The reason I made this recurring link was because I have had an ongoing class for a year now. The link stopped accepting registrations so I assumed that it hit the 4999 limit. It is a drop in class and I never have more than 25 people in it.  Because it stopped working, I deleted the link for that recurring class and made a new recurring class link. Unfortuantely it is not working, nor am I able to capture registrations like I did before.
