For some reason, contact requests are not making it out to anyone. Status says "Pending" and in chat it lists them all as "You Sent A Contact Request" No one is receiving them in their email.
I am logged in with Pro account. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
Hi, I have the same problem, I am the account owner and I have not designated an account admin. I don't understand why the owner would be blocked from this function. I understood that owners and access to all setting automatically. Do I have to designate myself as an Admin. Even though I am the owner?
Settings were correct. Turns out the main issue with several people was the fact they weren't providing me with the email address connected with Zoom. There is one person with whom email is correct, yet he never receives my contact requests and I never receive his. We don't understand why, but I'm sure there's a legit reason.
