My Zoom phone works perfectly on my computer, but on my cell phone (Galaxy A71) the app is still "hors ligne" and it is impossible to change any settings.

Thanks for your reply.
No. I see the phone tab, SMS and history. I can see the list of my calls done from my computer.
But I cannot select the keypad to compose a phone call and I can write a SMS but the blue arrow at the right of the texte box doesn't work.
And when I select "Lignes" I see my account with "Hors ligne" (see picture)

Account management -> Account Settings -> Zoom phone ( to enable the entire account )

By the way I' m in France and my cell runs with a french provider: SFR.
I have Internet and I can make calls with my cell in France with no problem.

1 ) Est-ce que vous avez essayé avec le portable uniquement sur le réseau mobile de SFR et la connexion WiFi désactivé ?
2 ) Est-ce que vous vous êtes déconnecté et reconnecté la session dans l'appli Zoom ( Onglet : ... Plus > Votre Nom > Déconnexion ) ?

Et le message sur cell "veuillez patienter.. " tourne depuis toujours depuis 5 minutes
