Audio headphone issues

So, I have this recent issue. In zoom meetings, whenever I plugin my earphones, it shows unable to detect microphone and speaker even though the tests show all are working properly. But when I remove my earphones from the audio jack, it gets solved in an instant and everything works fine. Help me on how to solve the problem and listen to zoom classes with earphones.

 One thing you can try is updating the drivers on your laptop and/or try to do clean uninstallation of the Zoom client from your laptop and reinstall it again.
