Registration of 1000 people

Hello there, we are arranging an education with 1000 students for 14 weeks. It is private education, so we need to register each participant separately. For now, we send the registration link to our students, and they register through the link. Then, we manually approve each student on the zoom. What should we do to improve this system? How can we register 1000 people more effectively?

Hi there @yetgen ,

Thanks for your question.  Other than manual approvals, your flow makes a lot of sense.  The other alternative that you might consider is to automatically approve registrations, but restrict the session to users that have your domain.  This does presume that your students have an @school.edu address from you, but it would ensure that only people that do have that domain could join your calls.

Please mark this as the solution if you're satisfied with this recommendation.  Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the reply.
It sounds great. Unfortunately, we are not a verified education community. So we cannot provide .edu emails or any other email domains to the students, yet. Do you suggest any other solution?

Hi @yetgen , there is also an ability to add specific emails to an allowed list, but it's a bit more of a lift.  I'd say that you're likely doing the best you can for not having domain-based emails to filter for
