I would like to record on icloud and record only the host

Hi there,

I have a pro account subscription. When I go to settings, then the tab recording, there is no section for recording on icloud. All the information showing me how to enable icloud recordings says I should have this under this tab.

Has anyone else had problems with not having this option available when you are on the pro subscription?

Hi @CateG

 

Are you looking to store your recordings in Zoom's cloud? If so, you can enable this feature via the Zoom web portal.

 

  • Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  • In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  • Click the Recording tab.
  • Click the Cloud Recording toggle to enable it.
