Can't access audio - Dial in audio only

The only audio available to host and client is dial in.

In all the years Ive been working on Zoom, I've never used this feature ever.

I hadnt touched any settings. It appears to have just suddenly happened1

 

As well, a few days ago, these dial in settings started showing up in my meeting links.

 

I've ploughed through all the meeting settings and everything looks good.

I just cant work out what's going on? And am cancelling one appointment after the other.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey @KirillySpace when you create the meeting from https://zoom.us/meeting/schedule do you have only telephone selected? Suggest double-checking the audio to ensure its telephone and computer audio
