how to delete unauthorized account

I launched my zoom account from the app icon and it took me to a basic zoom account instead of my Pro account. The email attached

to the account was ***********. When I follow the zoom instructions to terminate the account a code is sent to the aforementioned e-mail address which I don’t have access to. Any suggestions how to delete the account?

Hi @RMHA ,

Please make sure to log in with the email address that you have originally used to purchase the Pro subscription. For this, open up the Zoom client, sign out, and then sign in with the email that is associated with your paid account.

If you no longer have access to this email address, I suggest reaching out to Billing by chat or ticketOur support staff can help you regain access to the account by changing the account owner or by terminating your subscription after some steps of verification.

I hope this was helpful. Let me know if there are further questions.

Cheers,
