Does anyone know if we can have a record of who joined a meeting?

Yes I am trying to disable the authentication setting on this account. My church member's are having a hard time signing on to Zoom because they don't want to set up a zoom account.

We have deployed a number of Poly VVX 500 and VVX450 phones.  It has come to my attention that a user can program the line keys for speed dials, but when the phone is rebooted they no longer show up.   I assume that we need to apply a provisioning template, but I have been searching for hours now and can not find any details on what should be in the template. Anyone have any suggestions?  Directions for me to look?

I was able to create a quiz using Advanced Polling and Quizzing. I am teaching multiple sections of the same class and I also like to reuse the quiz I created for the following semesters. Is there a way I can download the quiz and reuse it for another meeting?

My computer was hacked. One of the consequences was that I lost zoom. I am an ongoing client. I reinstalled Zoom but I cannot access all the features that I used to have .E.g. schedule a meting etc. What do I need to do?

Never had this issue until today. Tried to enter a meeting multiple times and kept getting this message followed by it booting me out of the meeting then it attempts to start again.  Any ideas?

Realice una compra mensual de ZOOM Pro pero no se como pagar y se me duplico el pago necesito pagar para poder trabajar en mi zoom ¿Cómo le hago ya que cuando quiero pagar me aparece unas cantidades muy altas?

Hi I have a daily Zoom meeting with my team. The first time I used the new link for the meeting, I put in the passcode separately, instead of using the direct link. Unfortunately, Zoom has associated that first link with the meeting name. That means that when I click "Join" and try to open that meeting from the recent meetings list, it always demands a passcode - which means searching through my past emails. Is there any way to edit the recent meetings list so I can either delete the problematic meeting (so Zoom can list it again, this time with the right link), or change the link it is associated with? Thanks!

How do I get rid of 1132 error

I'm new to all this... how do I add the zoom app to my dock?Windmill59

Hi Zoom Community, I am unable to join or start Zoom meetings from my desktop client (Windows OS). This started randomly, I've been using zoom on this same PC for years. I've tried uninstalling (via windows tool and via CleanZoom) multiple times, and reinstalling, no luck.  I met with an internal IT person at my company, and we checked my drivers and app versions. I can confirm that all drivers, firmware, BIOS, and application versions of my PC are up-to-date as well as my Zoom desktop client. Still no luck. It is noted that I've opened a Zoom support ticket (#12762305), haven't heard anything yet.  See below for GIF of what I'm seeing on my end.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a personal zoom account and one linked to my university. The university one has some of premium features I think but I'm not entirely sure since I cannot access it anymore. I had a group presentation that required recording. I was using zoom to record my segment.I think I got banned due to repeatedly starting meeting and ending them to convert batches of recordings in my attempts to get a decent recording for my project. At some point 2 or 3 hours ago, I could no longer log into my university zoom account. The theory that I got banned due to too many recordings being considered an abuse of the system was brought up by my siblings.  Please, I need to know how to fix this. I need that account for university-restricted classes.

if you have any solutions help

We have three Zoom Rooms. Our front desk person does all the scheduling because the rooms are not always used for Zoom meetings. I've created the Rooms as resources in Google Workspace and have created a calendar for each room. I have made the front desk person a manager for all three calendars and everyone in the office is able to view them. We all have business accounts on the same Zoom account.  I would like to have the Room and the staff member in charge of the meeting to be the hosts. We don't want the front desk person's account to be the host and we don't want to use scheduling privileges.  What is the easiest way for us to schedule the Rooms? Thank you!

Hey, I can share my mac and ipad but cannot share on zoom. The error message was unable to connect to " Mae's Macbook Pro."

I can't join zoom since a month ago, I always get this error code (I add pictures) I have deleted and installed zoom tons of times since then, for the M1 Apple Chip.  The last time I used it, I joined from an institutional account and when I tried to join from the personal one again, I couldn't.    I would really appreciate your help since I'm having my final teaching exams soon and I need to use zoom for that!!! Hi all,Is it possible within Zoom Pro to see a record of the internet connections for a meeting between two participants? Occasionally clients have poor internet connection which leads to a glitchy meeting and I'd like to be able to check my Zoom account to see whether it was my internet connection or theirs that caused the issue.I'm sure I remember seeing this feature somewhere but I'm struggling to find it, can anyone advise? Many thanks,Sally

When i join a meeting my camera found already open and i have no idea about it. Is there any solution to stop camera already?

I'm hosting a virtual event for 500 pax and I need breakout rooms and simultaneous interpretation.I used to use Zoom business licencee to do this. And now I just saw Zoom Event. Does Zoom Event support breakout rooms? I have already scheduled the Zoom meeting under a pro license and sent out invitations . If I buy Zoom Event license now, does it work with my meeting already scheduled? Thanks in advance!

If I set up a meeting (with 3 or more people) to join without host (with a licensed pro account), and the first person in the meeting is on a free/basic plan, will the 40 minute time restriction be applied, or does it keep the hosts' time?

Help please !!! Zoom support has been silent for a month now. My cloud is running out of space, I want to set a time limit for storing records in the cloud. I want to set the limitation for 1 year, but there is a problem. This cloud stores data for 2 years. The question is, if I set a storage limit of 1 year, will all records older than 1 year be deleted automatically?

As a subject shows. I will try using an external web camera, attaching to android or iphone mobile devices, but I found a topic that zoom dose not recommend an external web camera on the smart phone. Is it a truth? reference:https://zoom-support.nissho-ele.co.jp/hc/ja/articles/360029790532-%E3%82%B9%E3%83%9E%E3%83%9B%E3%81%AB%E5%A4%96%E4%BB%98%E3%81%91%E3%82%AB%E3%83%A1%E3%83%A9%E3%82%92%E6%8E%A5%E7%B6%9A%E3%81%97-Zoom%E3%83%9F%E3%83%BC%E3%83%86%E3%82%A3%E3%83%B3%E3%82%B0%E3%81%AB%E5%8F%82%E5%8A%A0%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B%E3%81%93%E3%81%A8%E3%81%8C%E3%81%A7%E3%81%8D%E3%81%BE%E3%81%99%E3%81%8B-

So, my meeting was getting big, so I purchased a one-time $50 large-meeting add-on, to go to 500.  How can I tell if this was applied to my meeting, prior to folks trying to sign up and hitting a 100 person ceiling?

I will be attending a Zoom meeting for the first time. I have downloaded the Desktop Client, registered, browsed through a few tutorials and videos, attended a "Back to Basics" live training, and tried a test meeting. I know how to join a meeting,  but still have a few questions about attending one. The meeting is an informal family meeting, with several speakers, including myself. I will turn off mic and video at the start of the meeting, and turn them on before my turn comes. After speaking, I will turn them off again. Questions: - Is it possible to chat with just the host, and not with everyone? In case I have a technical issue. - I would like to view only what the host presents, and the other speakers, but not all the attendees. Can this be done by selecting the "Speaker View" option in "Gallery View"? Or is there another way? - I would like to continue to attend the meeting after my speech. How do I let the host know that I have finished my speec
