I paid for a large meeting license for one month. .I have scheduled a meeting with 1000 participants. I need to know that the meeting I have scheduled in that one month period is in fact a large meeting. I would hate to have 900 people unable to get in. And there is nothing that tells me it is in fact a large meeting. thanks, Nicola 

We have a scheduled recurring US based meeting and will have one attendee from New Zealand. Is there a way to provide the New Zealand attendee a closer regional URL?

Is anyone here a reseller or have the need to help manage various company's systems for phone and/or meetings?  It seems a single email cannot be attached to more than one company at a time.  So, how you are all doing it?  Screen share with the customer is less than ideal in most cases.  Email aliases for each client seems a possible work around.  I hope Zoom is giving consideration around this. 

Wondering how I can control volume during  meetings with mouse. There is only Phone sound adjusted button so cannot control meeting sound volume with mouse...

If password requirements are changed by an administrator, how are existing users affected ?  Will they be forced to change password at next login ?

My laptop had a hardware problem which needed repair, so I was told to send it to the manufacturer.  I sent it,and the disk was wiped and the OS was reinstalled. I got the laptop back and went to the Zoom website to re-establish my free Zoom account for a meeting which I needed to attend. Unfortunately a window came up whichidentified itself as the Microsoft Store and which charged me $5.29 to get Zoom.  Gee, $5.29 is not free but I hadto attend the meeting so I paid the charge.The merchant name for the charge on my bank statement was A1010EUSD02, which did not appear related to either Zoom or Microsoft. The bank website detail on the charge reported the Merchant Type as Digital Games and the Category as Entertainment.I went to the Zoom website just now to look for any mention of a $5.29 fee, and No, the website still says ”SIGNUP, IT’S FREE”.If this was a valid Microsoft charge then: 1) it should be mentioned at the Zoom website; and 2) Microsoft should appear as the me

Hi If I update a  Meeting Template, does this update any meetings which are based upon the Template but which have not yet been held?

I use Zoom on Linux but one of my correspondents is on a Mac and complains that the Zoom window is too small.  I suggested that she hover the cursor over the edge of the window and, when the cursor shape changes, to click and drag the edge or corner of the window to resize it.  For some reason this does not work.  Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

recipients are asked for their email and password in order to sign in to meeting.  I have the waiting room enabled.

I have a Zoom Pro account and I am the only owner and host. Several months ago, I was able to create meeting invitations that included a logo and rsvp functionality. I don't remember how I did it back then and I can't figure it out - and it doesn't look like I am able to customize my meeting invitations anymore.  Has something changed or am I just missing something?  thank you

Participants can"t enter the meeting using link in invitation. wondering if settings are wrong.

We had a meeting last night and our host froze, lost all of his Zoom meeting controls, we were unable to hear him although he could hear us.  Fortunately, we had co-hosts who were able to finish the meeting, but as co-host they were unable to do some of the functions of a host.   Are we able to have more than one host in a Zoom meeting?  

I have a brand new HP Z Book Laptop from my work. Its got Windows 10 pro, Intel Core i9 high spec, 1tb SSD, 32GB RAM and an Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q.   It should run Zoom flawlessly, with both the 32-bit and 64-bit client the calls always freeze on connecting for at least 2mins+ and starting up Zoom results in it freezing also.   I don't use a VPN and work from home where Zoom works fine on other Windows laptops. Zoom, Windows 10 and GPU drivers all updated and I even reinstalled Zoom several times and set Zoom GPU to the Nvidia one in Nvidia Control Panel but it still hangs on every join call/startup.   I also wondered if it had something to do with the Dell Displaylink adapter box I use via USB-C to connect to multiple monitors at my desk but even on a cold unplugged boot of the laptop, Zoom still likes to freeze on startup/connecting to calls and it also does it when I am in office.   Is there anything I can do to fix this? Surely I can't be the only one with this i

Help, I did the most silly thing today, I accidentally trim all of my zoom meeting & only managed to get 1min and a few seconds.  How can I get the original recorded zoom meeting back please.  I have looked at deleted files but can't find anything.     The only thing i have is the recorded zoom meeting of 1min I'm really stressed.   Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.   Thank you

I tested out my registration link, for an upcoming event I am hosting, using an alternate email that I use, and pretending that I was registering. Now I want to post this meeting in my mail-chimp campaign newsletter with the registration link for participants to pre - register. When I send myself a test email and click on this link, the registration page is coming up with the alternate email I used to test it earlier. How do I clear the registration form fields so it doesn't show my old information; and new and real participants can register?I am stumped!! Help will be SO appreciated, Thank you

Hello, One of our departments recently purchased the Webinar add-on. Prior to purchasing the add-on they had several meetings already set up and meeting links on attendees' calendars. Now that the webinar add-on is in place, do they have to recreate those meeting links as webinars, or will the current links work properly?

My audio isn't working at all on any of my Zoom meetings. I noticed that it first started whenever I was joining a meeting from someone else's generated link but now it's happening on the meetings that I host as well. I've done the system checks for the mics on my notebook recommended by Zoom but to no avail. I can hear everyone else just fine. My video works just fine. But for some reason no one can hear me at all. I have several meetings that I need to host today. Can someone please help?! Sincerely,Steven
