Hey Folks! I'm planning a paid webinar, but many of the attendees probably won't have access to a credit card or Paypal. For example a company sending 5 employees may want to just write one cheque and send the details for people attending. If someone pays outside zoom (cash, cheque, direct bank transfer etc) is there a way for the host  to register them directly on the back end? Thanks for any help!  

Are there any plans to allow co-hosts to manage polls? Creating and editing questions? This is a problem during sessions that the person creating the meetings isn't in. 

Hi,I have about 80 students in my classroom, using Zoom in live lectures. I want to reward those who maintain their camera on during these lectures. Is there a Zoom report or any way to have a register about the use (on/off) of participant's cameras during a meeting?Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or suggest something... 

Good afternoon,   We have an organization with about 500 users.  We use the Plantronics Blackwire 5220 Series headset. Our users are using Zoom meetings to coordinate calls, and then using a SIP phone to make the calls.When they make the calls with the SIP phone, they mute themselves in zoom to make the call. When they mute themselves in zoom, it also mutes the headset across all other applications.  If you press the unmute button on the headset, it also unmutes zoom.  The only way we have found to fix this is by disabling the "sync buttons on headset" option within the audio options.We are trying to figure out a solution to roll this out to all computeres in an automated fashion.  Any help would be apprecated.  Is it possible to do this through the registry or through group policy?  Ive searched alot of articles and haven't found any luck on this, I have found out how to configure almost every other option through the registry but not this one.Thanks

For some time now I have been testing Zoom APIs using Insomnia and the JWTs generated on this Zoom supplied page: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/auth/jwtOnce I know I have the right API (or have simply got the data I want) I then write code to call the APIs as needed.This has worked well until this week.  My existing programs still work but using Insomnia with the JWT supplied by the Zoom page to test out new APIs produces {"code": 124,"message": "Invalid access token."}The key and secret are identical.  Also previously stored test calls in Insomnia also fail to work with the new JWTs. Left with the ole ones they (correctly) respond that the JWT has expired.Anyone got any ideas on what could cause this?

I am a library manager at a secondary school.We are hosting an author via Zoom this Friday but our students have just returned to remote learning. Just wanting advice on whether the Zoom session on Friday should be via meeting or webinar.There will be about 50 students in the session. The author will do most of the talking and the students will be asking questions towards the end of the session. 

Hi everyone, I am planning to host an event, for around 20-100 people,  and would like them to join just as a participant, such that no one sees the number of participants, and can only chat publicly in the chat section. Do I have to use Zoom webinar for this purpose, or can I do this using Zoom Meeting? Or is there any other mode I am not aware of? Thank you for your help,Maria

I always attach a survey to my live webinars and have had some attendees say that the survey did not display when the webinar ended.  Last night, 80 of my 100 attendees completed the survey immediately following the webinar.  I have heard from at least 5 people who said it did not display. Any ideas what could cause it not to work?  Pop-up blocker settings?  Firewall settings?   Thanks.

Hello All, We are looking at hosting an event that might contain  a few copyrighted audio tracks  out of movies and few tracks from known instrumental composers. Anyone here has experienced any issues on such a production, does zoom flag such copyright tracks?  

I need a miracle! 🙂 My Zoom meetings used to convert themselves when I ended my meetings. If they didn't, I could always convert the file with a double click, but now I keep getting the message below. Is it Zoom or Mac Big Sur 11.6????    This is what I've tried: - Confirmed that Zoom has all necessary permissions on Mac (3x) - Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  - Checked the path to make sure Mac was using Transcode to convert it. - Tried that slick solution where you open a meeting and create a recording and then end the recording while the meeting is still in session and then switch out the files so the "end meeting" function converts the meeting for you.  PLEASE HELP!! Zoom files KEEP asking for permission in the system preferences! I need some ZOOM GENIUS!!! I'm willing to try or retry anything! Thanks in advance 🙂 Michelle    

Hi, I try to downoald the lsit of participants from the previous meeting. But when I go to Accout Management > Reports > Usage Reports and I select appropriate dates to choose the meeting, there is no data, no meeting to choose from... Any ideas 

Hi dear community - SUBJECT: UNABLE TO RECORD VIDEO I am subscribed to Zoom for a year, my subscription ends may 2022, yet I am unable to record video of my meetings, only the audio gets recorded. Please le me know how I can activate my video recording. I was able to record videos of my meetings until last weel\k when I delinked my credit card from my account, but my subscription is paid for a year in advance until may 2022. Rakesh.

Hello, I am on a laptop when using Zoom.   Both my laptop mic and my external mic when I record .. after when viewing gives my audio an echo sound.   Unsure what to do to fix this.   Any help greatly appreciated.

I was in a class. My teacher sent a document to all of us. Some students received it but others(including me) didn't receive it. He sent it several times but I didn't get it. I was logged into the meeting through the android app while my teacher has logged into the meeting with the desktop app. Is there a difference between desktop and android in meeting chats? Is it impossible to access a sent document in in-meeting chat using the android app?

Hi,I've just added a new user to my account so my account can run two meetings concurrently.  They've received the invite by email and I can see they are no longer 'pending' as a user.  My question is this:1. Do they need to be a member or an admin?2. How do they login to the Zoom account?  With the original email address and password or they own personal email address and the original password? I just need to understand HOW this will work, so that we don't throw eachother out of our meetings please.Thanks.

I just downloaded latest version of Zoom on Edge browser. After download, pop up question asked if I wanted to install without administrator priviledges. I answered NO and it went away. Did I answer wrong? Do I need to re-engage the download/. Help please.

I noticed that the last meeting we had was half the time as usual (one hour, compared to 2-3 usual) but the shared screen file is almost 8 times as large (!!) as usual. Is that because we did some screen sharing? I can't figure out if we did anything else different. Thanks everyone!

What Zoom Plan Will Allow me to control the mouse/work with software on the screen of a client who is participating in a zoom meeting hosted by me? Currently, despite seeing a dialog window and requesting mouse control, which then the participant is giving me, nothing happens and I am unable to control their mouse to navigate on their screen.   Without this functionality, I cannot use zoom for work purposes. Currently using the free plan over the internet. What plan I need to choose to allow me this controls? Thank you.

Hello, I would like to know it it is possible to organize 2 webinars at same day/hour having just 1 webinar licence. If so, after setting panelists for both of them,  can I start a webinar naming a panelist as co-host, and also start second webinar naming an other panelist as co-host, so they can start webinar by themselves? Or, can panelists start a webinar by themselves, even without organizator?

Hello there! I have been helping my dad, who is teaching a couple college courses on Zoom. He has a some things he wants to do in regards to recording, so I've been doing a bit of research to see if I can solve the issue. -He wants to be able to record once in "Shared Screen" mode (ideally not recording his students)...is this possible?-He uses local recording to record his lectures, then uploads them to his schools' learning management system (I think that's what it is, anyhow) I noticed you can record Shared Screens separately while using Zoom's cloud recording, but it doesn't allow for this option if you use local recording. My dad does have access to cloud recording, but prefers local recording. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you,Kate

I have create my first (free) Zoom Summit in Events. I have yet to complete the summit setup but was concern that as a UK account holder in the Preview I see a message that only US users can register."This event is open to users located in the US only."The documentation does not seem to support that only US users can register for summits. Please can someone tell me how to check that the countries I wish to invite attendees from can register?The account is UK hosted. Attendees from UK, Brazil, South Africa, Germany, Kenya, Cameroon, Jamaica, Nigeria. I cannot see any mention of these countries being restricted from registering for a free summit.
