We had a meeting last night and our host froze, lost all of his Zoom meeting controls, we were unable to hear him although he could hear us.  Fortunately, we had co-hosts who were able to finish the meeting, but as co-host they were unable to do some of the functions of a host.   Are we able to have more than one host in a Zoom meeting?  

I have a brand new HP Z Book Laptop from my work. Its got Windows 10 pro, Intel Core i9 high spec, 1tb SSD, 32GB RAM and an Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q.   It should run Zoom flawlessly, with both the 32-bit and 64-bit client the calls always freeze on connecting for at least 2mins+ and starting up Zoom results in it freezing also.   I don't use a VPN and work from home where Zoom works fine on other Windows laptops. Zoom, Windows 10 and GPU drivers all updated and I even reinstalled Zoom several times and set Zoom GPU to the Nvidia one in Nvidia Control Panel but it still hangs on every join call/startup.   I also wondered if it had something to do with the Dell Displaylink adapter box I use via USB-C to connect to multiple monitors at my desk but even on a cold unplugged boot of the laptop, Zoom still likes to freeze on startup/connecting to calls and it also does it when I am in office.   Is there anything I can do to fix this? After the video conference, I'm going to watch the recorded video, but I can't save the other person's face. How shall I do it?

Help, I did the most silly thing today, I accidentally trim all of my zoom meeting & only managed to get 1min and a few seconds.  How can I get the original recorded zoom meeting back please.  I have looked at deleted files but can't find anything.     The only thing i have is the recorded zoom meeting of 1min I'm really stressed.   Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.   Thank you

I tested out my registration link, for an upcoming event I am hosting, using an alternate email that I use, and pretending that I was registering. Now I want to post this meeting in my mail-chimp campaign newsletter with the registration link for participants to pre - register. When I send myself a test email and click on this link, the registration page is coming up with the alternate email I used to test it earlier. How do I clear the registration form fields so it doesn't show my old information; and new and real participants can register?I am stumped!! Help will be SO appreciated, Thank you

Hello, One of our departments recently purchased the Webinar add-on. Prior to purchasing the add-on they had several meetings already set up and meeting links on attendees' calendars. Now that the webinar add-on is in place, do they have to recreate those meeting links as webinars, or will the current links work properly?

I want to send a cancellation message to all registered on the webinar. Support sends me to zoom events but I can't see my webinar there. Is there another way of doing this? txs

My audio isn't working at all on any of my Zoom meetings. I noticed that it first started whenever I was joining a meeting from someone else's generated link but now it's happening on the meetings that I host as well. I've done the system checks for the mics on my notebook recommended by Zoom but to no avail. I can hear everyone else just fine. My video works just fine. But for some reason no one can hear me at all. I have several meetings that I need to host today. Can someone please help?! Sincerely,Steven

 My zoom can't change the background, when I kick in the green background, I lose my whole body, if I don't kick in, I have the blue background, it can't be replaced. Is there anything related to the zoom version that is not compatible with the device or is there a way. I don't have to zoom in, I have to change the background to synchronize with the whole class

Hello,I have a question about practice sessions for Zoom Webinars. We are using this platform for an online conference over two days. We wanted to have two separate practice sessions for each of the days as we have different speakers for each day. I wondered whether this was possible to do as they are separate 'occurrences' of the same Webinar template. I have seen that the guidelines say you can only have one practice session per Webinar, and that is where I would like some clarity.  Short question - Do we have to practice for a Webinar occurring over two-days in one practice session only or can you have individual practice sessions for each day? Many Thanks, ECasson

We are unable to get all participants on the call to share their screen together on the same call. It only allows one person at a time to share their screen. The option is turned on to have all participants to share their screen and to share screen while someone else is sharing screen but it still doesn't allow more than one person to share screen at the same time in our meetings.Any thoughts on how to resolve this? 

Suggestion to the developer - Scheduling meetings during set up of reoccurring meetings needs to allow for biweekly or twice a month meetings for example 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 3pm

On October 14 my pro subscription expired and it was automatically renewed. I didn't use it much and I noticed only today, on October 22, that he was trying to take my money from my card. they didn't succeed because I still don't have enough money on the card. I canceled the subscription today, but I have the same pro benefits until October 14, 2022, so it says on the site from what I saw. what should I do to stay canceled this year and not take that money off my card? Please help me...

The obvious plan is to make the Zoom Room PC as less PC-like as possible and towards an embedded appliance.How about the preconfigured systems like the ones from Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc.  Do they use any special tricks to tackle this?thanks in advanceHST

is there a way to keep the participants list from changing order as new participants enter a meeting (e.g. participants are added in the order they sign onto the meeting instead of inserted in the Zoom Order of Participants)?  I have a large group with participants entering meetings after the start and it makes it difficult to track when introductions are being made.

HelloWas wondering if a glitch can happen in the Zoom log-in,log-out feature of attendees who join a webinar? An attendee is complaining that he attended our 3-hour webinar but the Zoom-generated attendance report showed that he was only logged-in for less than an hour. Has anyone had this experience before? Is it possible to lock a Zoom recording that has been released to students so that they may not log in and view it during an exam?

Hi,  I created a zoom that guests would need to register for. I have had several emails come through showing that folks have registered, but when I go to the meeting to approve, they are not showing for me to approve. Any suggestions?

Hi. I am trying to disable the Apple Login on the Zoom Mobile client using WorkSpace ONE MDM (formally call AirWatch). I enter the the configuration key DisableAppleLogin, Value Type Boolean, and Config value of True but the apple login is still available on the Zoom mobile app sign in screen. I was able to disable facebook and google logins with the same settings. Has anyone else seen this?
