Hi I know of many small groups that rotate HOST responsibilities between people by sharing a zoom account’s username/password amongst them. Is this legal? My group would like to do this but we don’t want to violate Zoom’s ToS. I’ve gotten conflicting responses from Zoom support.  @Bort  - can you enlighten us about this? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Hi we are new to zoom phone. Testing our setup, calling into our zoom phone number, there was a dialtone.  But no user was logged in. Should the zoom phone not ring if we are not signed in? our set up is shared line. We tested during normal business hrs. Our overflow is voicemail. We logged out to see if the inbound call would go straight to voice mail which is what we would like. Thanks Richard

Hi, when I log in to my account, the software displays the following message: I tried to delete and reinstall the software but it doesn't help. How can I fix this?

In short, Zoom Rooms Controller App on Android does not work with Zoom Rooms. Details below. Can this be fixed?  Detailed Description:I've set up Zoom rooms on a Windows PC to create Zoom Rooms conference space. I need to control the session from my android device (running Android 11). I've installed the controller app and signed into both the Room and controller as my own Zoom account. I next try to connect to the room using the Share Key (Automatic detection does not work). I type in the sharing key on the top right corner of the Rooms display, and every time, I get the message "Invalid sharing key. Please try again." I've tried this over 10 times without success, and the review page for the Android controller app shows others are having this problem too. Has anyone figured out how to get Android Rooms controller to detect and work with Zoom Rooms again? Developers, can this be fixed?    Thank you!

I've scheduled a meeting without designating it to repeat.  I cannot find that meeting though I've copied the URL and such.  Where can I locate it in the system?

Hi, when I join a zoom already in progress, my screen only shows 9 people, yes, in gallery view.  Everyone else is seeing everyone else in the zoom, 20, 30 people, all on one screen.  There must be a setting I am missing...anyone have a solution?

Hi, We have a new Zoom Room created and I've scheduled a new meeting. The meeting was created successfully and appeared on the room's management panel. When arriving at the room I started the meeting from the rooms panel but it was waiting for me (host) to join from my account.I would like to have the option of the room starting the meeting even if the host does not join from his\hers account.I've enabled the "Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host and other participants" option (see image attached) but it did not make any difference. Please advise.

I have been attempting to update my account's Livestream Settings under the Account Settings > In Meeting  (Advanced) section, but the changes are not applying in my windows client. I have changed the setting from YouTube to Custom Service but the client still shows Live on YouTube as an option.    I am running client version 5.9.3.

I am a great source to find a background for your background on your electronics because I don't know if you do but I like my background.

There are a few meetings that I join in every week, hosted by other people. Is there a way (or place) in Zoom where Ican keep a record of these, so I don't need to go back each time to the email someone sent, to find the address for the meeting?  I am talking specifically about other people's meetings, not one's I'm scheduling or hosting. In my Android Zoom app there is a sort of 'notes' section where I've recorded these, but I don't see this in my Win, web-based Zoom screen.

I want to uniformly set some of the 'User Setting' for all my Zoom Phone users 1. Business Hours      a. Allow callers to reach an operator      b. Connect to Operator: Auto Receptionist2. Holiday Hours3. Audio Prompt LanguageI need to make sure that these settings are unified across all staff but setting them user by user would be a daunting task. Any way to set these specific settings on mass?

I'm a sole proprietor with two lines of work and two corresponding e-addresses.  Is it possible to use my second e-address to schedule meetings within my Zoom Pro account?  I hope to avoid having two separate Zoom subscriptions (and charges) but haven't been able to figure a way around this yet.  Help please?

Has anyone been able to find a solution to this error that keeps popping up. I have read that you should revert back to an lder version to fix this.  But did that, still pops up. Anyone have a solution?

Is it possible to select two chunks of the video instead of only one? (I.e., cut out a piece in the middle but have the beginning and end?)

HiI need to invite a third party to a zoom meeting, but not for them to join until 45 minutes after the start of the meeting with other attendees. Is this possible?

Hi,   I have two accounts with my university (1 staff account, 1 student account) that share the same domain. I am unable to switch between them. When I try to "sign out" or "switch account" and type in the domain, it defaults to my staff account. Does anyone know how I can access my student account?   Thank you!

I am using iOS 15.4 beta 3 (Released February 15, 2022 Build 19E5225g ) and am unable to sign-in using SSO. I am seeing error Refused to execute a script for an inline event handler because 'unsafe-inline' does not appear in the script-src directive of the Content Security Policy. from login page https://companyname.zoom.us/saml/login?from=mobile&zm-cid=__&code_challenge=__ From Apple's safari 15.4 beta release notes there have been Improvements for Content Security Policy 3."Added correct blocked resource violation reporting for inline script, inline style, and eval execution." Does anyone know a workaround or if there is a fix coming for this?

Greetings,I'm trying to deploy the Zoom desktop client to a large group of lab PCs, however there are some issues I've run into.I'm using the default installer, with no special configurations being applied.  Here's what I've found:The command line deployment with all the silent switches from the Zoom Mass Deployment support page simply does nothing:    msiexec /i C:\ExamplePath\ZoomInstallerFull.msi /quiet /qn /norestart /log install.logI've found that even running that command while logged in locally to the client computer still does nothingThe only thing that works is running the command, while logged in locally, with no switches included other than the initial install "/i" switch.     msiexec /i C:\ExamplePath\ZoomInstallerFull.msi So as of right now, the only way for me to deploy the Zoom desktop client to our PCs, is by logging into each computer, and either double-clicking on the MSI itself, or, running msiexec /i C:\ExamplePath\Z

Dear Zoom Community, In the past we had asked Zoom Support if it is possible to include a feature that allows Zoom Administrators to better manage "chat" settings, including the "Status" inactive timer, at the account level. Anyone aware if this feature will ever be available?
