For the first time, at a meeting, a bomber  or 2 were able to switch squares as their video and audio feed dominated the room which made it difficult to remove them. I got the sucker and reported him. Does anyone know any other way to remove them or stop them. 

I'm hosting sheduled meetings from Ontario, Canada. I have an attendee who cannot access the video meetings from Ghana so she calls in to the meeting. I have been on meetings with her (on video) using my personal room, as have others on our team.  She can't join scheduled meetings via video but can join the audio by phone. She can join meetings in a personal room via video.  Any suggestions how to help her join  our scheduled meetings in Ontario (Canada) from Ghana via video? 

We just had a unique issue come up that I wanted to share with everyone.A learner reached out to one of our trainers to as if the remote class was in fact cancelled.The trainer said that class was not cancelled and was informed that the learner had received an email that it was. The learner forwarded a screen shot of the email to the trainer, at their request.Sure enough, the meeting ID number matched the upcoming webinar.I was informed of this issue by the trainer and received the forwarded screen shot.About 10 minutes later the trainer called me back and confirmed that the email listed as the sender was one of the people scheduled to attend today's class. The trainer and I were on the same page, as I was about to check the sender off of scheduled attendees before he called to confirm that this potential security breach was a false alarm.The attendee that sent the email to all the other learners was attempting to email the trainer to confirm the class was still taking place and does n

Hi,   When starting a meeting in the Windows Zoom app, I would like to add a telephone number to the meeting invite. When I select "Telephone" or "Telephone and Computer Audio," the text below that option says "Dial in from Germany." How do I change this to the United States? Please note I am in the United States.   Thanks

We are using Zoom for back to back interviews, but it's cumbersome to set up separate meetings for each candidate as each member of the committee would have to keep changing rooms after each one.  If we set up one long meeting that will cover multiple interviews, this will work by just telling each candidate what time to log in. However, if one candidate is not quite finished on time, and/or the next candidate logs in a little early, will the first candidate see a notification with the second candidate's name, saying that they've joined the waiting room?  Or does the host/co-host only get that notification?  If the former, is there a way to turn off that notification to the meeting participants?

Is this an option for Chrome OS?  I cannot see the "advanced" tab on Share Screen settings.  

Hi, would you please return the open to new tab button when we right click the mouse on every zoom meeting? We need to click each meeting to download compared before that we can open a couple of zoom tabs in just a few seconds.   

Hi, Early on, I had an account with my company1 with email1 through SSO1. Then my company resigned their plan, turning email1 into a free account, and I got a new account with company2, email2 through SSO2. Then another company3 signed me up again with email1 (no typo) through SSO3. Guess what, the whole thing confused the system... Now whenever I try to sign in with email1, I get a screen telling me: "Update Account Information The domain associated with your email address has been claimed by Admin. To retain access to your Zoom account, please select an action below. Learn More"   with option to consolidate into account (can't figure out which account it's talking about), or update email (sure!) I tried every possible path through the following screens (it's been running for a few months). Eventually, I get to log in with the new account if I tell it to "skip for this time", but it keeps bugging me each time I log in (and that has to happen quite often because company3 has an au

Hey all, This is my first post on Zoom Community. Please forgive me if I have not followed any rules and let me know about them. Now coming to the question, I have a permanent zoom link sent to me by my instructor for a weekend meeting. Now at every weekend, I have to open that link from mail and then join meeting from Zoom. Is there any way that I can add that link in my zoom schedule so that I won't have to open or copy links from mail or notes etc and I could join meeting directly from homepage of the Zoom app. I have tried using meeting scheduling in zoom but there's no option to paste or insert link there instead it creates a new meeting link. Please let me know how can I do this. Thanks

Hi, I have been using Zoom for teaching and I appreciate the new feature of students being able to choose their rooms. It saves me a lot of trouble.Last week on Tuesday, November 23rd, everything worked still perfectly.Then I ran another session on Thursday, November 25th with exactly the same settings and links. I was able to create the breakout rooms but there was only one person who was able to join it!On Friday, the 26th I joined a Zoom hosted by another university and they had exactly the same problem - no one was able to join rooms.Today on MOnday the 29th, I tried again and got the same result. Is this some version discrepancy or is something broken? As said, I am using exactly the same settings as before but it suddenly stopped working for everyone. I hope someone can help before tomorrow's session.  REgards, Olli SeppänenAalto University.Olli 

Even though I have "Record active speaker with shared screen" enabled for this room, when I record an instant meeting, It does not record the room's cameras in the top right corner, I only get content. If there is no content, I get the camera view.

Hello, Since the webinar attendees has been changed from 100 to 500 attendees, I am planning on using Zoom as my live stream tool when we begin in-person webinars sometime in the future. Can that be done or do I have to use Facebook Live or YouTube to accomplish this? I would prefer to use Zoom and set up live streaming this way. Does anyone have any recommendations for a camera, PC, and software required? What inputs are required to do this -- HDMI or what? Thank you for your input.Jim Patin

Currently having issues with my microphone, receiving audio into Zoom that came via Virtual Audio Cable, but only when sharing something with sound enabled.  The mic works just fine when not sharing.  It also works fine if I do not use a Virtual Audio Cable / OBS Studio.  Unfortunately, I need the OBS and Virtual Cable to add exciting effects for my classes -- running Zoom just plain-jane is workable, but not the end goal.  I will note that my entire set-up works just fine on another computer at home, and has for a year. See video here, and pay attention to what happens when I share:https://youtu.be/l25b4H7K3wAhttps://youtu.be/l25b4H7K3wA  I think the recent Window update may have messed things up with my virtual audio cable and how Zoom "hears" it, but only while I share?  This problem does NOT happen if I simply go directly from my mic into Zoom.  It only happens when I route through a VB Cable (or Voicemeeter Banana).  All diagnostic

We have a Pro Plan with meetings limited to 100 participants. Can we register more than 100 people for an event but not start paying for a Large Meeting add-on plan until just before the event itself?  In other words, we don't have to have a Large Meeting plan in place during the registration period, just for the event itself, right? Hello, if someone can help me. I'm starting a course and I can't share a screen since I get that: * screen sharing is restricted in this meeting * Your screen sharing has stopped (Because you are restricted from screem sharing when external users are present). Isn't this the zoom function? What do I do to configure it if there are no options in the configuration on the subject? Thanks in advance.
