I made the mistake of recording a meeting to my local computer instead of to the cloud ... trying to share but even zipped the file is too big.  Is there a way to move from my local location to my zoom cloud recording location?

Hi! No body from Zoom has been able to help me. By mistake, I bought a worker license directly from her account, and not from my main zoom account, and because of this, I am unable to assign her organizational privileges to host meetings on my behalf, and can schedule meetings on my behalf. I urgently need help. The plan that I bought from him is annual, and I require someone to help me with this, either who to contact for a solution, or how to fix this without having to wait a year. Hi, Apologies for long-winded title.   As a school, we have a basic Zoom accounts but we want to host a conference where four participants are visible and others sign in / join but can only have access to a chat facility to ask questions; no video / audio other than the four hosts.  Is Zoom Rooms the answer I need or can I do this through a standard meeting and change some settings? Any help / suggestions much appreciated.  Regards, Paul 

I please need to know whether it is possible to configure a different cloud storage other than what Zoom provides. Here, I mean, whether it is possible to use any of OneDrive,  Google Drive, etc to record Zoom meetings. Thank you. 

Is it possible to create simultaneous sessions on a summit in Events Zoom?

The setting is located at Personal -> Profile -> Meeting tabThe subdomain is us02web, so I guess the server initialized the meeting is located in US. is it possible to change this subdomain (or server) to other region, like Hong Kong or Japan? (I know this is not about data transit and data center)Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I know there is currently no option to share with an android phone only an iPhone/tablet.  Will the option to share with android phones/tablets be available in the future.  I couldn't find an answer anywhere I've searched.   New to the community hoping to learn more for my presenting my on-line classes

we are facing some issues while starting a meeting, we hosted the meeting and sent the invitation link to our customers and while they joining the link it's showing "Please wait for the host to start the meeting" can you fix this issue immediately?

Hi,    I have automatic recording switched off in my settings. But every time I start a new meeting, it's automatically recording it anyhow.  I can turn it off, but that leaves me with constant notices about saved cloud recordings with 5 seconds of meetings that I didn't want to record. No idea how to actually turn this off and keep it off.  

We are looking at hosting a summit through Zoom Events, however in getting familiar with the setup, we found that once we published the summit, we were no longer able to go back and make adjustments. We anticipate that as we approach our event date, some adjustments will need to be made in the sessions themselves and the speakers, or that we may want to include different text in the description or other aspects of the summit, yet I could find no way to make any modifications other than removing the entire summit and starting over. Is this expected behavior or are we just missing something? How do others handle this? We don't have all of our speakers nailed down yet, but we'd like to start setting up speaker bios, entering in the schedule, and allowing those who have already committed to start practicing, as well as opening up our lobby earlier rather than later. I don't see any way to save a summit as a draft either (in other words, entering in data and uploading picture

Do i have an account number, host number my zooom number?  all differnt?  

We have a zoom room participating in a host's meeting with other participants. The host wants to assign the zoom room to a breakout room and is unable to do so. The admin setting for the zoom room has breakout rooms toggled on. Has anyone figured out how to make this work?Thanks! 

I opened a recorded meeting and the professor is saying I only watched it for 13 minutes. But I had it playing in the background. Why would it not record me watching it?

When configuring a Zoom room with multiple displays, it would be nice to be able to label them something like "content", "projector", "lectern", "video", "touch", etc.Getting a three screen setup working correctly for all the different modes currently involves a lot of trial and error.
