Hi, when I join a zoom already in progress, my screen only shows 9 people, yes, in gallery view.  Everyone else is seeing everyone else in the zoom, 20, 30 people, all on one screen.  There must be a setting I am missing...anyone have a solution?

Could it be that the additional attendees are non-video participants?  The default setting is to hide non-video participants.  This can be adjusted in the web portal in the Zoom Rooms "meeting" settings: "Show non-video participants"

You can also adjust this ad-hoc in the meeting https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021921032-Zoom-Rooms-meeting-controls-and-settings

The default setting also allows 25 participants by default.  This can be adjusted in the Zoom Rooms meetings settings: "Display up to 49 participants per screen in Gallery View"

    Hope that helps!
