HI,For the account I'm managing we have Large Meeting (500 participants) and Webinar (1000 participants) for all the users.Accounts are created automatically through SSO at first sign-in.How could I automatically assign the Large Meeting (500 participants) and Webinar (1000 participants) feature ?Currently it is a manual process, on a monthly basis export the list of users, identify those without the feature and assign through bulk import. + manual assignement based on tickets created by the end-users.ThanksJM

This setting is available to Pro account holders but I cannot find the setting for Basic account holders.The setting is of paramount importance when setting-up the Save Video Order feature in 5.9.0. The setting to enable the Save Video Order is available, but turning it on is pointless if the Authentication cannot be enabled, as Authentication is a prerequisite of using Save Video Order.Is the Save Video Order feature available to Basic account holders when Hosting a meeting?

This custom gallery view will be saved and be available for other meetings in this series. Notes:Only one custom gallery view order can be saved for each meeting series. Arrangements can be updated and saved again, which replaces the existing arrangement with the new. Loading a custom gallery view orderStart a meeting as the host. Click View Click Load Video Order.The underlined menu options do not appear in the Vie Menu.I have enabled the feature in the online settings.It may be that as I use a Personal Meeting ID that this feature does not work, but the guidance on the help page does not state this.Anyone else tried this??

Hi, We had an event with professional musicians. Some used external mics, and some did not. We did a sound check with each of them, and during the sound check the sound quality of music  (voice and instruments, using Orignal Sound) was impeccable. Then the meeting began, with 78 participants, and in the cases of those who did not have external mics but used the computer’s mic, the bars on their internet went to yellow or red, and we had dreadful sound. A few singers were on phones, with ear buds and mics, and their quality was terrific. I wonder if it was due to my own internet connection. I started the meeting, but because I don’t have the best internet, I transferred the hosting to someone with excellent internet. Whose bandwidth controls the quality? The person who started? The current host? The performer themselves? Any ideas would be helpful before our next event. Thank you.

Hi, Zoom seems to force a waiting room for users when they join a meeting using "Personal Meeting ID". I deselected the "Personal Meeting ID" and selected "Passcode" option when creating a Meeting with "Personal Meeting ID" but the system still forces the waiting room onto the users. How can we use the "Personal Meeting ID" without having a waiting room?

Hi!I will not be needing to use webinars for several months so I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription (for a while at least). Could you tell me if I will loose all the info on the platform from my previous webinars (registered participants, their answer to surveys/questionnaires...)? I guess if that is the case, I just have to make sure I download everything first.I'm keeping my Meeting subscription, by the way. Hi this is my second day using Zoom so do not really know what I am doing. I have had 3 successful meetings but realised I needed a second license so that someone else can do Zoom calls at the same time as me. I have added another License but how do I go about adding the user and do they then need to log in to Zoom with their own email and password?  TIA

Hi, I have an Intune LOB MSI setup with:/quiet /norestart ZoomAutoUpdate="true" ZConfig="EnableSilentAutoUpdate=1;ZoomAutoStart=1" I added ZoomAutoStart after I first deployed though. I've since pushed a few updated MSIs and they deployed okay, but the ZoomAutoStart setting isn't taking effect. Zoom isn't starting on boot. Are the config options only applied if it's the first time installing? Cheers.

Hi there,I recently recorded a meeting to the cloud and now need to be able to save and then share the audio only file for training purposes.  I have done this in the past but now I can only listen to the file on my computer.  I seem to be able to share the video but not the audio.  Attached is a screenshot of my recording.  It's the top file (coaching conversation) that I need.  I have tried googling but nothing has worked. I would be so grateful if someone is able to help.

Hello, I need help when I'm in a meeting and something is Share screened, I get kicked off of Zoom and have to join back in I have tried everything I know but it still does it. What can I do?

Hi all,we use in our company zoom meeting client and zoom vdi meeting client v5.8.4 (for VMware Horizon).We recognize that the webcam resolution is much lower on the zoom vdi client. It looks like 320x240.If we use ne normal zoom client in vdi we get a much better resolution (720p). How can we increase the resolution in the zoomvdi client? It doesn't help to activate the HD option. Thanks in advance,Eric

We are looking to generate a report of peripherals (Particularly Audio & Video devices) being used by users in Zoom meetings,We don’t have a way to pull a consolidated report of peripherals used as this is only possible per meeting basis in our Zoom dashboard or anywhere in Admin console.

When in zoom, I try to click on a contact from call history.  Zoom gives a Call Failure Error and saysit says my phone is connected.... Any suggestions?

Whenever someone is sharing their screen, their screen feels very delayed/laggy/low fps and this only happens to me. I can hear their voice very clearly and audio too, just the screen. The mouse cursor is also quite smooth but everything they click or switch windows is very delayed. They could finish speaking about a slide and goes on and I'm still stuck in the last slide. How to fix?

Our Zoom meetings involve a local group sitting around a table, and remote participants. In order to make the meeting more workable, I purchased a 360-degree panoramic camera for use in our meeting. (In case anybody asks, it's a j5create 360-degree All Around Webcam, model JVCU360. And no, this isn't an advertisement, just technical information in case it helps to solve my problem.) The camera works well with Zoom, right out of the box -- except that it has a blind spot. On one side of the camera, about 90 degrees of the 360-degree view is missing. I downloaded j5create's Webcam Companion app and used it to verify that the camera is generating a full 360-degree picture. So the camera isn't defective. But Zoom is only using 270 degrees of the 360-degree picture. I searched the Zoom Community and can't find anyone with a similar application, but I hope I simply overlooked something or used the wrong search terms. With the latest update version 5.9.0, the Sign in with Google option is disabled. How to make it enable?
