Meeting does not start when joined from a zoom room

Hi, 

We have a new Zoom Room created and I've scheduled a new meeting. The meeting was created successfully and appeared on the room's management panel.

When arriving at the room I started the meeting from the rooms panel but it was waiting for me (host) to join from my account.

I would like to have the option of the room starting the meeting even if the host does not join from his\hers account.

I've enabled the "Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host and other participants" option (see image attached) but it did not make any difference. 

Please advise.

    Was the meeting set to allow join before host?  This is a meeting-specific setting

    Also, check if you have waiting room enabled on that meeting.

    For general meetings that allow join before host and does not have waiting room enabled, the room will grab the host when they join.
