Deactivated a user by mistake and lost all our recorded meetings PLEASE HELP

I reactivated the user but she doesn’t see the recordings. They were saved to the cloud. Does anyone know if they are lost or how to reconnect to them? Thank you so much.

    I just had this same issue.  I put in a technical support ticket from Zoom, hoping to hear an answer from them.

    So, the recordings did eventually come back so we did not lose them. Hope yours make it back also.
