Dear Zoom Community Members, I want to play a .MP4 file (video/audio) in a Zoom meeting for participants to watch and listen to. I can share my screen to play the video...participants can see the video, but they cannot hear the audio. I suspect I need to change my audio settings in order for participants to hear the video (.MP4 file)...but I don't know what settings to change. Can anyone help? Sincerely,Robert

Hi, My team would like to have 1 reusable meeting where we can all work together online, where the meeting has predefined breakout rooms for people to go to on need-basis (similar to having virtual conference rooms). Ideally we don't need to re-setup breakout rooms every day. I'm able to create a recurring meeting that has predefined breakout rooms, but noticed that:1. The host must enter the room to open the breakout rooms. Is there a way to keep breakout rooms open by default?2. To let everyone go between any breakout room, I have to first recreate new breakout rooms to enable the setting to let people move between rooms and then reset breakout rooms again to pre-defined rooms; is there a way for my recurring meeting to default to users moving between rooms?)

The Zoom documentation says there is a setting in Recording->Settings  to allow  breaking up the recordings by participant but I do not see it.

Hi there, we are trying to update the Zoom Admin for a chat however(named B2 Chat)(Current owner is April Rangel-a0r07yw), the current owner is NO LONGER with the company so we cannot transfer ownership to someone else. How can i get assigned ownership of the chat if associate is no longer with company. We do not want to make another chat and loose vital information.

Can I use my web cam on the Ethernet (RJ45 on the router) for the ZOOM meeting? Zoom does not recognize the web cam. Regarts Walter

Is there an installation command line switch to set Auto Update to Slow for Zoom 5.8.7 for windows?

I have Mac OS 10.15 and processor 2.7 GHz dual-core intel i5. Isn't that in the list of accepted processors. I cannot access blur. 

I have the most uptodate version yet I only have the regular images.

I'm hosting an upcoming Zoom Webinar and would like to be able to turn off  Video -and- my Profile Image at certain points during the webinar.  I know how  to turn off video, but how can I turn off my profile image as well?  I don't want it to be visible to me or my audience because I want the entire screen to be available for content.  Thank you!

Is there a way to show a copyrighted video to my class? We get audio but no video - regardless of platform (iTunes, Windows Media, etc.) or streaming from Amazon Video. In theory, we are legal for classroom use as a fair use. 

I have a Pro account that I established  year or so ago via the laptop I was using until recently. I bought a new laptop and installed Zoom thereon. Now when I join a meeting  that I scheduled, I get an email telling me that "David has joined the meeting". I am "David", the owner of the Zoom account that organized these meetings! This never happened before on my old laptop - and moving to the new laptop is the only thing that changed. While this may not suggest  any issue exists with my account, it makes me wonder about it. Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to make it go away? Thanks much. Dave

My meetings rolled off into previous meeting before I had a chance extend the end date. It is imperative that I keep the same meeting ID for newly scheduled meetings. Thanks in advance,Don

Hi All, We're looking to add the report:read:admin scope to our app's integration to Zoom OAuth.This is to have Zoom send registered meeting participant's leave_time and duration back to our app (using JSON) for our internal past meeting participant reports. In our app's Zoom Marketplace, under  > Installed Apps > Fugent Dev > Scrolling down to App Scopes the report:read:admin scope is not included and the option to add it is unavailable.Our plan is Basic (free), not subscription - could this be what is causing any report scopes to be unavailable?Screen shot of scopes currently available ( no report level scopes)  Thanks,  Rich.     

I have Zoom scheduling privileges for another person. I would like that person to be the host instead of myself, but I accidentally scheduled the meeting for me to be the host. The registration link was already sent out to people, so if I change the host, will it change the link? Thanks for any responses. 

I am planning a Zoom meeting with 400 participants and would like to create 50 breakout rooms to send the participants to randomly. Is this possible. I am confused with Zoom's documentation on the number of participants and the number of allowed breakout rooms and this is hard for me to test since its so many people. Thanks!

I'm having trouble with creating a meeting for my counterparty and him not being able to start the meeting that I create but am not part of. we are working in Google workspace.  HELP!!!

For the first time, at a meeting, a bomber  or 2 were able to switch squares as their video and audio feed dominated the room which made it difficult to remove them. I got the sucker and reported him. Does anyone know any other way to remove them or stop them. 

I'm hosting sheduled meetings from Ontario, Canada. I have an attendee who cannot access the video meetings from Ghana so she calls in to the meeting. I have been on meetings with her (on video) using my personal room, as have others on our team.  She can't join scheduled meetings via video but can join the audio by phone. She can join meetings in a personal room via video.  Any suggestions how to help her join  our scheduled meetings in Ontario (Canada) from Ghana via video? 

We just had a unique issue come up that I wanted to share with everyone.A learner reached out to one of our trainers to as if the remote class was in fact cancelled.The trainer said that class was not cancelled and was informed that the learner had received an email that it was. The learner forwarded a screen shot of the email to the trainer, at their request.Sure enough, the meeting ID number matched the upcoming webinar.I was informed of this issue by the trainer and received the forwarded screen shot.About 10 minutes later the trainer called me back and confirmed that the email listed as the sender was one of the people scheduled to attend today's class. The trainer and I were on the same page, as I was about to check the sender off of scheduled attendees before he called to confirm that this potential security breach was a false alarm.The attendee that sent the email to all the other learners was attempting to email the trainer to confirm the class was still taking place and does n
