I have a bout 40+ meetings during a semester in a university. I want to record in one file all the attendance and possibly some statistics on the number of chat posting for multiple sessions.

Hi could you help me please? I couldn't use my zoom app because of 1132 error code. I guess My IP was blacklisted. I really don't understand why. 

Hi All -  I have the Zoom Plug-In for Outlook installed on my computer. If I set up a recurring meeting in Outlook and use the Zoom plug-in to schedule the meetings, all of the calendar invites DO populate with the Zoom link, however, those meetings do NOT transfer over to my account in Zoom online / the website. They do not show up under my meetings.  I've run into trouble if I've needed to reschedule one of those meetings in the series / recurrence: the actual Zoom link has completely dropped off the calendar invite, but not every time - so I'm a little confused what happened. The impact is my participants join the meeting and I don't have the link myself to jump on to start it.  Has anyone else figured out a solution to this: do I just use the link in the calendar invite to start the meeting and hope for the best and give up on in it showing up in Zoom itself? I can't be the only one with this issue.  Thanks!

we are testing zoom phone to replace our pbx. We have a list of frequently dialed numbers that our staff uses, and we have a few die-hard phone users. Is there a way to get those numbers into the desk phone? I have tried external contacts but it seems that it is not supported on the phone. by the way, our phone is Poly VVX400. Thanks in advance.

The issue is host starts the meeting, and enters something in chat. When participant#2 joins, they dont see the chat message. And when participant#3 joins, they won't see the chat message that was typed before by the other 2 people. I thought of sharing the zoom chat window, but that does NOT show up in the shared window. I even tried the portion of the screen. So on settings of the account, I enabled "Show Zoom windows during screen share" but that didn't make any difference.  Thoughts? I don't know how to solve this issue?

Hi, I can't see any apps from my Zoom desktop client. When I click on the Apps button, it just keep loading indefinitely, and the same occours when I try it inside a call. I don't see any help in the FAQ section or Google, so... Can someone help me, please? Thank you.

I recently held a meeting with 200+ users. When I downloaded the 'usage report' to confirm attendance, some of the participants are listed by name and others are listed by phone#. Are the attendees listed by phone # separate attendees then those listed by name? Or are the phone #'s representing those attendees who are listed by name that called in for audio versus connecting by computer audio? Thanks in advance 🙂

I have a recurring event set up that automatically shares the link of (and redirects participants to) a third-party survey. Sometimes, I pass the hosting role to someone else (and leave the meeting). Does the survey still get sent in this case? It's tied to the event but the event is tied to me as the host. Thanks!

I have the Pro Plan which I already prepaid annually through this year (2022).  On May 29th I'm hosting an event and would like to increase my room capacity from 100 to 500 just for this one event.  My questions are: 1. Can I do this?2. How much does it cost?3. How far ahead should I do this? Thank you!

I had a recurring meeting scheduled to the end of 2021.  It  disappeared in January from the schedule but the meetings will continue into 2022 and I want the same link information.  How can I restore this meeting to my schedule with the same link info?

Hello, We recently hosted a webinar and had about 40 attendees from the 70 who registered for the event. We used a separate registration process, so I don't have any systematic way of distinguishing who among the registrants logged in. Now that the event is over, I'd like to see if there is a record of the names of those people who did log in as attendees. Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks, Duncan

Dear Zoom, we plan to organize a large meeting, but limited bandwith is available for the host. Nevertheless, we intend to record the meeting. From bandwith point of view, which is more favorable - recording to the computer of to the cloud?What I'm asking is basically a technical question: if we choose to record the meeting to the cloud, as a first step the software downloads all the data to the computer then uploads to the cloud (2x data transfer), or sends it directly to the cloud (leading to no extra data transfer to the host)?Thank You for Your answer in advance!

Hello,   I am having an extra picture frame showing one participant in addition to my gallery view.   I cannot seem to turn this off anywhere.  I also cannot figure out what to search to fix this issue.  When I hover over my desktop applications three screens show up as opposed to my usual two (zoom application and meeting) It is an extra single video showing.  For example, I just started a meeting with myself.  There were two frames of me.  I am just confused as to why this is happening.   I do have a laptop and another monitor set up for two screen use.   Thank you for any help.

Hi All Is there a way when opening the zoom APP to have only phone options and disable the meeting options? My organization exclusively wants to use zoom as a VOIP system and not for any meetings. So want to remove the below from the app... Any ideas great appreciated  

Hello all, We have two small businesses running from home and are moving those lines to Zoom Phone.  We purchased an extra phone number license for routing personal calls coming to the house, via an auto receptionist.   Is that going to be a problem?  Zoom says Phone is for "business use only" so I don't want to run into some kind of issue down the road. Many thanks.

Soon we will switch over to the Zoom phone and I am testing this now for our company.But it seems like I have run into a problem.We will use both the (iOs) app and the windows client but it seems like there is no way to set "Do not disturb" for only the (iOs) app.  Is there a way to disable receiving calls/meetings on our mobile devices whilst still receiving them on the windows client?Because now I receive a lot of notifications on my phone while I am not working.

I have been running our groups meetings from my laptop. Someone else is now taking that responsibility. I have removed the zoom ap from my computer and cleared my browser history. When I try to  log into the meeting, hosted by someone else, zoom still recognizes me as the host. How do I stop this from happening so I can just log in with the link? Thank you. Al
