Dear support team of Zoom,
I have a problem with your product. I never connect to my scientific meeting in the Windows platform. I have tried both with and without a proxy (VPN) services. Also, I uninstalled and installed again. But, the issue still exists. Interestingly, the connection was not established. However, anything about android app is well. I have attached a the error window as attachment. Could you please assist me? Thanks in advance for your response.

If your app stays in a "connecting" mode or has timed out due to Network error, please try again or Can't connect to our service, please check your network connection and try again issues, it could be related to your network connection, network firewall settings, or web security gateway settings.

Note: Check your network connection by opening a browser and ensure that you can access https://zoom.us
