PROBLEM WITH LICENSE UPDATE IN ZOOM PRO ACCOUNT

On June 14, 2021, I purchased the ZOOM annual plan which must remain effective until June 14, 2022. However, my current license is listed as Basic and the 40-minute restriction appears when creating a session. I urgently need a solution to this, please

    Hey @MartinV, suggest looking into Assigning a license after the purchase of a Zoom plan! Hope this helps1
