Hi, in the last zoom-meeting with friends of mine some of us faced sound issues when sharing the screen and the sound. All users that watch and listen to the steam had bad sound output when the host or co-host who was sharing a video had following proberties What I don't know: -if this problem still exists when just the sound is shared -if this problem still occurs when using the web-client of zoom -if this problem still occurs when using an Intel processor or different audio-device What I know: -All of my firends with this issue used a LAPTOP with one of the following AMD Prozessor: 4500U or 5600H (And realtek audio drivers with versions 6.0.907.1 or 6.0.9.035.1 ) -There is no difference when sharing just the application or the whole screen-All of my friends using Desktop-PCs (Including Mac and Windows) did not have this issue even with AMD Ryzen 5 Processors -The Laptops with the issue where using the Zoom-Versions: 5.7.1  or 5.7.4 -The issue occurs with LAN-Cable & W-LAN Ma

During a talk I was giving yesterday, someone tried to logon after the talk had started.  I could see their name pop up in very small print in the left hand side of the screen, then the name moved about a bit at random leaving a trail behind it. It stopped moving after a minute or so, but the trails were left as a blue line which persisted throughout every slide for the rest of the talk . I've attached a link to the section of the talk where this occured.  Can anyone tell me what happened here and what I can do to avoid it in the future? Hello, I am co-host on the account of someone who have a paid account. I've a basic (free) account. But now I want to have a paid account also. How can I do this? I can not upgrade, because then I get the accountsetings of the paid account from the other. Can I stay co-host on the other account and have my own paid account? Kind Regards,Angelique

Hi!  I'm hoping someone can help since my plan doesn't qualify for Zoom support with a real person.  I have a Pro plan and purchased 2 licenses for US/Canada Unlimited Calling plans.  I chose a company main number, assigned myself an extension and my colleague and extension.  I also set up a custom voicemail greeting.  When I called the main number and my extension, it just says, "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable- goodbye," and hangs up.  It's clear that if someone is trying to call me, they can't get through.  Can someone help me figure out what's going on?

At zoomtopia last week, it was mentioned that there are new reports for call queues for per-agent reports call "User Performance Reports. Hi,I am new to Zoom. I would greatly appreciate your help and advice as to the best plan for the following requirements:- I intend to ask a tutor to teach a group of up to 12 students on Zoom.- Each lesson lasts about one hour.- The assignment consists of 12 hours, one hour a day, spread over 3 weeks.- There will be up to 5 tutors, each teaching a separate group (details as above)- Both tutors and students are on Zoom Basic.- Tutors will need Screen Sharing, Breakout Rooms, Team Chat and Whiteboarding- I will upgrade to Zoom PRO. Questions:1. Am I right in assuming that I need to buy a PRO license for each tutor?2. What about participants (students), do they need to have Zoom PRO each as well?3- Tutors will also need to speak with students, even in their "Breakout Rooms". Is that possible?4. When a tutor completes his/her assignment after 3 weeks, and they are not available for a while, can I cancel their license, and request it again if and when needed? Thank you in advance!

I had a Zoom Pro subscription. But then I canceled it and expected to revert to the basic plan. However, I am receiving emails by Zoom team that an invoice is due. How do I stop getting these emails?

Audio problems , I get this message, what does it mean? THE MEETING DOES NOT SUPPORT DIAL IN OR CALL ME. YOU CAN NOT CONNECT TO THE AUDIO.PLEASE HELP! Hi, Several months ago, I deleted Andrew's Zoom account. Now that he is working with us again, I have re-added his Zoom account (same First name, Last name, Email)to our admin site. However he still hasn't received an activation email. In spite of adding several users, he is the only one with this problem. I tested re-adding accounts that were deleted from our portal a couple months ago, but they didn't receive an activation email.How can I fix this issue? or would it be possible to add this user to our Zoom site without sending him an activation account?Thanks for you help.

Hello, today we experienced a problem during a networking event. After a while (1h to 1h30 after the start of the meeting) people coming back to the main room were not able to join a room by themselves (this was the function activated) or even if the host invited them to join a room, nothing happened. Zoom told us that maybe it was a version problem, but we had the latest one.

Hi, I'm having problems that the Zoom Phone Appliance (ZPA) does not resolve the caller phone number to the external contact list.- Seen both on the Poly CCX 400 and Yealink MP56, both with version 5.12.2 - External Contacts have been imported into Zoom Phone->Company Info->External Contacts If an external call comes in we only see the phone number on the ZPA (see below) but in the desktop client the number gets resolved to the external contact.  Poly CCX 400 Desktop While on call you only see the country the caller is from, pressing the country gives you the calling number but not much else:  Poly CCX 400 But if  you go to the More->Lines you can see the phone number gets resolved to a contact name The Yealnk with its bigger screen  which shows the Line screen beside it is a bit better, so after you answer the call it will display the name. And the History Log doesn't show it as well, you have to press the number and then
