Ran into an issue with my GPO deployment of Zoom, I have a few machines when trying to upgrade, are whining about not being able to find the MSI for 5.11.1, just looking for a link to the MSI file so I can pop it back into my deployment share to resolve those issues. Thanks, - M

Hi. I'm a teacher that is teaching online classes via Zoom, switching from other products. How do I let students in multiple breakout rooms communicate with me from inside the room? The only feature that seems to work is "ask for help", but I'm missing understanding of how to do two simple things: 1: How do I let them put their hands up or similar to show that they're done with an assignment?2: How do I let students chat with me in the main room from inside the breakout room? Please let me know if there are any supported ways of doing this or if we need to invest in more license options, external tools or plugins. Some time I forgot to turn off the video camera before starting Net Worth meeting and sometime it became very embarrassing. Is there any way to set video camera off always and it can be on manually?  Thanks

Hello,I am having trouble to share screen and broadcast in a Zoom meeting due to “restrictions,  air play, car play and mirroring”??? I can’t access any so called “Advanced Feature” and “Video Feature” under “Share Screen” on my IPad. I am able to save a YouTube video in Photo App but not access from “Share  Screen” in a meeting while I am the host.I copy and past the video link to Website URL in Share Screen which opened and played the YouTube Video with NO visual content. I don’t know what else to try?How CAN I share YouTube video in a Zoom meeting??Thank you.😳

I love being able to share photos and documents in the chat feature, but when its a document, it forces a download in order to view it, that just creates files I need to delete from my computer later, often times I just need to view what is shared with me, don't need or want to download it.  When it is a photo, I can view without being forced to download.  Is there a way to turn off the forced download?

Hey, I have a problem with deleting my profile photo. I deleted the photo multiple times from the Profile section on the website, but after the next meeting it always comes back. I want to permanently delete my photo, but I don't know how and I can't find answers elsewhere. Thanks!

Someone else created a Zoom meeting and created a poll for it. She launched the meeting, and then when I joined she transferred the host role to me. I launched the poll, and meeting attendees answered it - but now we can't find the poll results either in her Zoom account or in mine. Where can we find them?

Hello,We have replaced our Cisco Deskphone by Zoom phone.With the old system, I could configure that :From Monday to Saturday, From 07:00am to 19:00, all incoming calls are forwarded to my mobile phone.Out of these time frames, the incoming calls are just going to the Cisco answering machine and I received a mail with the voice message. How can I configure this functionality with Zoom phone ?I did some searches, read a lot of documentation but couldn't find anything related to that. Thanks and regards.

I need some help! I cannot find the cloud recording of a meeting which I recorded as co-host. I closed my computer (folded shut) before ending the recording (which caused me to leave the meeting). After waiting 24 hours, the recording has still not shown up. Where might the recording have gone?

Whenever I try to use a virtual background, it is patchy and doesn't cover much of my room. See image, where you can still see my art and fan and part of my face is covered. My room is quite bright, but I have also tried lower-light situations. It's always the same. My zoom is up to date.  Any suggestions?

I can't find how to record the Q&A of a webinar. Zoom records the close captions, the chat, audio, video, but does not seem to record the Q&A.

We experience major issue with the whiteboard functionality in the latest zoomroom release 5.11.3. We are a Zoom partner and integrator building zoomrooms for education using a touch board (samsung Flip or Ctouch) to make annotations in the classroom and to share this content with remote participants/students. What we see is :1. The functionality of the whiteboard is different when sharing the whiteboard in the zoomroom session compared to not sharing the whiteboard. When the whiteboard is not shared it is possible to move the content with a hand icon, to use additional forms, etc etc. When the teacher wants to share that board, some functions dissapear, there are less icons and less possibilities. THis is confusion. 2. When sharing a whiteboard that has been made on the touchboard, the whiteboard content magnifies and the teacher has to zoom out to see the picture previously made3. When clicking on the pen symbol and writing on the touchboard it happens that the drawing

I really appreciate the auto-transcript feature on Zoom that creates closed captioning in real time. Sometimes, however, Zoom doesn't get the words right and participants get confused. I know there is a way to assign someone to transcribe, but if we don't have anyone able to type fast enough to keep up with the presenter, is there a way to assign someone to monitor the auto-transcribed captions and edit them when the words are not correct?

The worst part is I got this problem "right after" I started the zoom subscription. Every single time I press ipad screen sharing option. I have to redownload and reinstall the plugin.  This is really frustrating for the meeting since i have to switch around the screen a lot and have to wait every minute to share my ipad screen. This screen keeps appearing even after I JUST SHARED IPAD SCREEN and stopped it This happened in the past and it was gone but now it is back again. I really hope that Zoom do something about this because i rarely got this problem when it was free. But now I paid for it and everything gets worse.  

Has the zoom started to strongly respect the duration of the meetings? Unfortunately, on 2 of my accounts with a license and setting the meeting to 3 hours, after 2.5 hours I got information that my meeting was about to end. After editing and extending the time to 7 hours, I had the same problem that after 2 hours my meeting closed and after reconnecting the meeting closed after 40 minutes. I remember that the zoom did not respect the time so much.Could this be a problem in the program itself?  The meetings date was set for end work week so that attendees could connect to the meeting before that date. Because these were lectures at the university. an additional option was that the participants could connect at any time  now, in order to avoid problems, I have arranged to recurring meetings but i would like to know what the problem was.
