Unable to make payment on Zoom one pro

Hi Team

 

We are trying to upgrade our Zoom account from Basic free version to Zoom one pro . After we provide the credit card details, the payment screen goes blank and we arent able proceed.

This is happening in both mac and windows machines in all browsers too.

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
