Sync not correct using the Outlook Plugin

Hi Community

our users claiming that the syncronisation form Outlook Client trough the Zoom Outlook Plugin is not acurate.

There are missing entries that can see in Outlook but not in the Zoom Client.

Mostly of them are invitations and alos invitations without Zoom Meeting appointments.

 

Anyone who experianced the same issues and maybe have a solution for that?

Our setup is:
Windows 10

Outlook 2019

MAPI integration in Outlook

Newest Zoom Client  Version: 5.13.11 (13434)

Newest Zoom Outlook Plugin  Version: 5.13.10.810

    yes it was solved by installing the newest Version of Outlook Plugin from Zoom.

    I got the information from our customer that it is am intermitently issue. Some day all appointments are displayed in the Zoom Client and somtimes not.

    I have no opened a support case, but if someone has an idea please add it here.

    yes it was solved by installing the newest Version of Outlook Plugin from Zoom.
