Recorded Meeting

I recorded a meeting and now when I go to view the meeting it says I can only view or download from the computer it was recorded on. I only have one computer so I am not sure why I am getting this error message. It then prompts me to log in to my account, however, I am already logged in.

Hi @jen42885 welcome to the community, this maybe due to you not being the host of the meeting when you initiated the cloud recording. Which comes to the question of if you were the host of the meeting? If not, you will need to reach out to the host to access the cloud recording from https://zoom.us/recording
