how to embed Unique Zoom Webinar Links per registrants on email reminders (3rd Party CRM)

I need help on how to send personalized Zoom webinar links to registrants upon registration instead of sending them a generic zoom link (registration zoom link)

Sample uniques link has something like this: &sessionId=2ac8e203-a4d7-4fb2-92c6-b3e983b3dccb&trigger_link=9OIbXVqNt2klBKOYuVUz#success

And it's already embedded in the email automatically.

Can help me figure this one out? Thanks

    Hey Ray,

Thank you for clarifying! Your explanation helps a lot.

We currently have over 1,000 attendees pre-registered for an upcoming webclass. Unfortunately, our reminder emails using the registration link inadvertently lead to confusion and re-registrations, potentially hindering attendance.

Therefore, we're exploring the possibility of obtaining attendees' unique join links and incorporating them into the reminder emails instead. This approach aims to streamline the process and ultimately boost our show-up rate.

    Thanks for your assistance!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Noemi14.

Sorry, I'm confused.  Do you want to send a custom link to them for registration?  Or do you want to send them a custom link to Join the Webinar?

The normal process flow is that there is one registration link, which can be customized with Source Tracking Links:

    https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065543

Each person that registers is provided with a custom Join Link that is linked to their registration.  This happens automatically; there is no generic join link for a Meeting or Webinar that has Registration Required enabled.

If you are working with a 3rd party CRM system, your CRM vendor is responsible for ensuring that the links are obtained correctly from Zoom and passed on to the registrants. Please reach out to them for assistance.

    Hey @remote4

Thanks for your response, I might try using API
    Will this link here: https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/webinarInviteLinksCreate
helps get the unique link of the registrants?
