App won't open (Mac)

I'm not sure where I should post this. I downloaded the Zoom app but something must have happened during download and it won't work correctly. Now, when I try to launch the app, a little window shows up with the icon for system settings and a box that says "Done." I can't delete the app in order to reinstall it. I can't drag it to trash and I can't open it to uninstall. Any ideas?
