I've been recording zoom clips all morning to send to my clients. I finished one recording and It came up with that error and now all of my recording have disappeared. I've tried everything and even recording from the past month are all gone. How do I get them back ASAP

I am using my personal meeting room link to schedule meetings. I attach the link to a meeting in my calendar, but when I click on the link in my calendar, while logged into my zoom account, I get put into the waiting room, waiting for the host to start the meeting. But I AM the host.  The only thing I have found that could possibly be the issue is that my calendar is a different email address than my zoom account? Is it because I'm clicking on the link from my email that it doesn't recognize me in zoom? But i'm already logged into the zoom account on my computer. So it doesn't seem right. HELP!

For the past few days, we've had quite a few participants being randomly kicked out of breakout rooms. Does anyone know if there is an issue or have suggestions on how to stop this?

OS: Ubuntu 24.04.2Zoom: Version 6.6.0Logged in through work account. A watermark of my email address was showing on my video and shared screens on my zoom client.  The host did not have watermarks enabled in settings and nobody else in the meeting had watermarks.  This is the first time I have seen them. Last time I used this client (two days ago) with the same host and same account there were no watermarks. Why were they there and how can I stop them from appearing?   Thanks

Good day, When i try to join a meeting, after inserting Meeting ID and Passcode, I get an error message that says this meeting is not accessible from my country. Error Code 1142. Somebody help.

Good day, We have a licensed Zoom account and regularly assign two alternative hosts for our meetings. Recently, we changed our email domain, and since then, we’ve encountered an issue when assigning these hosts using their new email addresses.Whenever we try to assign them as alternative hosts, we receive the following error: “Unable to assign [new email] as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time.”However, assigning them using their old email addresses still works without issue. Could you please advise how we can assign them as alternative hosts using their new email domain? We want to ensure our Zoom setup reflects our updated contact information. Thank you for your assistance.

It is possible to interact with participants in the waiting room before the admin allows to enter to the main room? Is That Possible to have an interactive waiting room? 

Hi there!I've recently started using Zoom for my online classes. I would like to "screen share" a shared Google doc during our call, so we can both type in it. I know I can screenshare a tab in my browser, but then I won't see my student's face while working on it. Does anyone know a solution for this?  Many thanks!

On a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 5 with AirPod Pros Gen 2. Issue started when I opened up Zoom (6.6.6.) this morning and was greeted with a "Failed to detect your speaker. Please make sure your speaker is property connected." Sometimes it's "Failed to detect your microphone. Please make sure your microphone is properly connected."  Since then, I have done the following recommended fixes: Updated my Windows (11). Updated my audio, Bluetooth, and system drivers using Lenovo Vantage. Updated my Zoom. Uninstalled/reinstalled Zoom Workplace. Disconnected/reconnected my AirPods. Disconnected AirPods from all devices.Factory reset my AirPods. Reset my laptop at least five times throughout all of this. Ensured AirPods are selected as both microphone and speaker in Zoom, trying both "same as system" and "headphones" (they work as both outside of zoom

Hello, Since yesterday's global issue with AWS, one of our Windows Zoom clients has not been able to connect at all. It says it is offline, and I am unable to change my status; when I try to change my status, it just gets stuck on "connecting." Every other PC in the office is working fine. I have done the following so far, but nothing has worked:- Updated to the latest version- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v6.4.12- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v6.1.11- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v5.17.5- Deactivated local Antivirus- Flushed DNS on local PC, released and renewed IP address- Used VPN to change location to same country, another country and also to USA - Tested client using the Network Connectivity Tool, every test passes without any issue- Shut down the PC fully and turned back on, as well as restart

Unable to turn off auto zzom feature on whos speaking. We would like to just have the entire room on camera to avoid issues. But cannot find any setting related to auto zoom / auto framing. We know on Macs its avilable to turn off.....how do we turn off on windows devices?

When I take a screenshot during a zoom call, the app closes completely. I had never had this issue in the past.I am using most recent Android app on Pixel 7a.Already restarted my phone. No changes.

Hi Everyone, is it me or did the Apple calendar integration all of a sudden disappear?  

I've gone the merry-go-round with Chat 4 times and this is what as resulted (a) the camera still remains black (b) the tests it put me through show that the problem is compatibility between Zoom and Workplace, yet I have no choice but to open with Workplace.  My camera works perfect with the Windows Camera App.  All permissions, etc etc have been confirmed.This just started today during a meeting.Do you think that this is a deliberate tactic that Zoom uses to make us upgrade.  I don't use it often, so upgrading makes no sense.  Chat said that no live help or IT support will help until I upgrade.The problem is very definitely not at my end.  It seems to be a built-in flaw to generate more revenue.I'm not sure if I can find this forum again, so please email your reply to me at ***********.   Many thanks.

Hi,I purchased a poly e550 for testing with zoom phone. When I park a call, it announces the park number several times. Is there a way to completely disable the announcement? or better yet, I would like to have the call go to park without needing to hang up the phone . Thanks

When we transfer calls the Caller ID of the person transferring shows instead of who is actually calling?  How do we change this?

Hi, if anyone knows how to get Zoom to respond to client service tickets, please let me know.  I've sent a few tickets over the last month that have been ignored.  My understanding is that Zoom phone supports importing of existing numbers, yet despite following instructions I have been unable to.  

My Zoom video shows me upside down.  The background image is correct but not the "front" of the background.  Which displays an upside down image.  See screenshot below. And Yes, I have checked the camera.  It works fine.  It is definitely is Zoom. Done a search on this community site and found nothing. There is nothing wrong with the camera.  As it works in all other applications, but not in Zoom.   I can temporarily remedy this by turning off the video - and just show a still of me.  But I host tons of Zoom meetings and it would be great to solve this!   THANKS!    

I'm using Windows 10.I have zoom on my laptop.When I'm not connected to internet, my zoom application keeps giving me pop-ups that cover the foreground and never go to the background even when I click on other apps. Even when I want to do something without internet, I can't do anything because the pop-up covers the screen.That pop-up says something like unable to make secure connection.Even after I close that pop-up, it pops up again and again and again.I want it to stop doing that. How can I make it stop?

I have an Auto Receptionist setup as a basic Call Tree: Opt 1 sales, opt 2 support etc. During after business hours we want the support calls to go to an external 800 number, i.e. +18005551234. When dialing the extension afterhours to have the caller be forwarded to the External Contact, instead Zoom says "The caller you're trying to reach is unavailable, good bye" and hangs up the phone. We cannot figure out why this is happening. Any advise would be much appreciated.
