When I attempt to integrate my google calendar with zoom so that meetings automatically appear on my google calendar, I receive the error message: Add failed, the calendar-related access permissions are not allowed" (screenshot attached. Please how can I troubleshoot to find resolution? Thank you.

I know this has been mentioned before but I cannot get My Notes to transcribe the meeting.  I get the vtt but not a summary.   It worked one week then not a week later.  All versions are updated, rebooted, reinstalled, tried everything and I can’t get it to work.  was this resolved.  

What is the best way to identify and stop persistent bombers. This is a 24/7 meeting.  All Newcomers are welcome. So,  we cannot change the ID and passcode.  Members develop "beef" and come in to screw with the chat. Chat is a critical part for all members. How can the specific IP's be identified and permanently blocked? Are there any legitimate threats that can be DM'ed to them before booting?  They are removed very quickly. Same IP cannot return until the 24 hour reboot. Chat is cleared in seconds but then must be temporarily shut down. They don't return during the same hour.  But they return within several hours in the past few weeks. Same post over and over lately. Solutions?

Does Zoom offer an option to share Polls/ Poll questions between users within an organization? ie, is there a way for me to share Polls I've created so that my colleagues can use them in their own meetings?  Alternatively, if there's a way to create polls from CVS files this would work as I could then share CVS poll templates with my colleagues.

This STILL seems an issue.We have an Enterprise license for a very large company. I host Software training meetings. I went into my “upcoming meetings” a week before. I named an “alternative host” who also is on the enterprise license. He did NOT receive an email. I forwarded him the email link that I “copied” from the meeting details. He clicked on it, and it prompted him to register, then said “host cannot register”, The meeting he is named as Alternative Host does NOT show in his upcoming meetings. Very frustrating when you are trying to have a back up instructor step in for you. Does Zoom have any reasonable resolution for this? Is there some work around?

No access to the Zoom Pro I paid for . The invoice indicated that I paid for whiteboard whereas it was Zoom pro of 1 year subscription I paid for

I am coming from Vonage Contact Center where we could easily give each agent a proficiency number with a simple slider in the user admin.  The logic was simple, the highest priority agent received the calls first, if there was a tie then it reverted to longest without a call.  During the Zoom sales pitch we heard the same thing existed.  If it does I sure have not figured out how it works.  All of my agents except two are setup as proficiently level 4, two are set to 1 as they are only needed to take a call when the queue fills.  It seems like engagement distribution is the first step in the process, and that the routing profile using proficiency never kicks in.  Is there another way to do this? Queue settings 

Hi. For Zoom webinar, we set a 1-week reminder for attendees and panelists. A panelist received the reminder email, but the email did not note that they were a panelist. Also, the Join link/URL in the email is slightly different than the link/URL in the “Invite Panelists” section of the “Invitations” setting.Is there a different setting that needs to be changed so panelists receive the correct email reminder, noting that they are a panelist? Or do we need to let the panelists know that they should ignore the reminder, and that we will send the “panelist” invite manually?Thank you.

when I program a meeting with interpreter, zoom delivers video in local language, audio in local language and audio with interpreter, but not video with interpreter to download, is that correct?, is there any way to download the video with interpretation?

Hi Team, I’m aware that in the dashboard you are able to see participant information such as IP Address, etc. And that you’re able to retrospectively grab that information for meetings in the past.Say a guest user attempts to join from their browser, and is just in the waiting room and leaves. They never join the meeting. Are we still able to see information about them like IP Address, Location, Microphone etc? Given that they never joined the meeting i’m inclined to think no, the docs are unclear on this specifically. (I know that in meeting reports waiting room people are excluded)Thanks!

Since I updated to Zoom Workplace (6.0.1),  I don't have the raise hand feature or any reactions buttons as a meeting participant.  When I host a meeting, those options are available.  How do I get the raise hand feature and reactions back????

This is for the Zoom 5.13.11 app on Windows 10 Enterprise, when using the "Schedule Meeting" feature. I need to add a long list of invitee emails. Through trial and error I was able to figure out I could only enter 1 bare email address at a time, then hit space to convert it into an object, limited to no more than 64 characters per email address. There is no pop-up suggestion to guide the user on adding even the first email address, and I did not find any guidance in the docs nor here (so far).The field does not accept email standard list entries like "User Name <email address>", nor does it accept a comma-separated recipient list that might be copied from the recipients of an email application, which would seem like a sensible option. The one workaround I found was that I could paste a list of semi-colon-separated email addresses so long as no single pasted block exceeded 64 characters. In several meetings, audio cuts out for a few seconds while video and internet stay stable.I’ve already updated Zoom, tested different headsets, and tried both Wi-Fi and wired connections, but the issue still happens randomly — especially in longer meetings.Curious if others are seeing this or have found a fix. I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened.That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share?Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

I am experiencing the same issue. The Meeting Tab is completely missing in the updated Zoom app. This entire functionality has disappeared, and it is extremely frustrating.@Zoom – Please address and fix this issue immediately. Without access to the Meeting Tab, I am unable to view or manage my saved meetings, which makes the app practically unusable for me.Kindly treat this as a priority and restore the missing functionality as soon as possible.

For years, I had my Zoom set to automatically copy the ZOOM URL to my clipboard every time I opened a meeting. That was very helpful. That no longer works and I can't find it in the settings. Can anyone help me with this? TIA!
