ウェビナーを使って、講演会を実施します。すでに500人のプランを購入して、ウェビナーをスケジューリングしており、ウェビナーの機能を使って参加申込を行っています。しかしまだ募集を始めたばかりなのに、300人の応募が届いてしまったので、参加人数を1000人に増やしたいと思っています。この場合、ウェビナーのプランを「プランと請求」のページで1000人に「追加」すれば、URLはそのままで参加者数の上限を1000人に増やせるのでしょうか?教えていただければ大変助かります。よろしくお願いします。
オーディオ設定のスピーカーテストをした時に、テスト音が最初の1,2秒だけ出てそのあとはテスト音が途切れ途切れになりちゃんと聞こえません。またヘッドセットを接続したときもテストをすると最初の1,2秒だけテスト音が聞こえてそのあと途切れ途切れになります。ミーティング参加に参加している時も相手の声はクリアに聞こえるのですが、音楽が流れると音が途切れ途切れになり、その後聴こえなくなってしまいます。この現象はズームの時だけで、PCのレコーダーで録音した音声はクリアに聞こえますし、ユーチューブなども音が途切れることはありません。また、PC本体のエラーも確認しましたが検出されませんでした。Zoomの時だけ音が途切れ途になります。いろいろと調べてみたのですが、どうしても原因がわからず困っています。解決方法などわかる方がいましたらぜひ教えていただけると大変助かります。
Hello, I was given a link to join a meeting along with a passcode. When I go to the URL, I just see a black screen with a message "You cannot view this recording. No permission." I do not see a place to enter a passcode. I attached a screenshot of what I see. I'm guessing the sharing permissions are wrong. If not, where do I enter the passcode? Thanks so much.
Trying to get Zoom to work in my RDP environment from my Mac to my Windows PC. I have installed Citrix just so i can get the "universal" installer to install but the Zoom client on my Windows PC still shows plugin missing. Is there a Media Plugin for Mac that just uses RDP?
I record a podcast using Zoom and the past few meetings I have full audio and video on screen, but once the files are rendered on my computer, the video file shows me in the beginning (then I pause recording while waiting for the guest) and then there's no video. Thought, well I just won't pause the recording, but that didn't work either. The last episode I recorded, neither I or my guest show on the video (we did on screen) BUT when she shared her screen, THAT shows up on the video. Support suggested unnstalling/reinstalling but that didn't work either. I'm there in the beginning, nothing but audio for the entire meeting, except for a few seconds where I pop back in. My guest isn't there at all except for audio. At this point I'm either going to have to get this solved in the next few hours or postpone the next recording. Having to discuss via email is painfully slow and the holiday didn't help. This is such a strange problem, I don't know what else to try.
i use mac and chrome everytime i attent a meeting the dowload of zoomusinstaler starts. How do i stop this from happening? is there a workaround?
I am missing my last 3 recordings from October. I cannot find them anywhere on my Mac. Is there a place I should be searching for on my Mac?
I recorded a Zoom Conversation in August for a very import work project. I have since recorded 13 conversations and this is the only one missing. When I click on the link for my recordings on my Mac it takes me to a blank file no recording. Does Zoom download the recordings somewhere else on my Mac? This information is crucial. Please advise.Thank you
For 2 months, I have been running a Pipedream worfklow which triggers on a Zoom "Meeting End" Webhook. The Pipedream trigger sends back an immediate 200 response and then has a code step to Hash Validate per Zoom's documentation. This structure has been working for the last 2 months. Randomly, on 11/30/23 at 9:05 AM, I received a notification from Zoom detailing that my URL Endpoint Validation to Pipedream has failed. From that point on, I have not been able to verify the Pipedream Trigger URL in Zoom's Interface. My confusion comes from the fact that this worked for months and then in an instant it has started failing completely. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue in the past week or so. There had to be some sort of change on the Zoom side to have this issue appear so spontaneously.
I'm a new user of Zoom Phone, trialing it before deciding whether to turn it on enterprise-wide. In my test I'm seeing outgoing calls marked as "spam risk" on an AT&T iphone. The number may be similarly marked on other platforms/carriers; I don't have access to those to test. The only suggestion I've seen in the knowledge base is that I should go to a bunch of services and try to get the number whitelisted. That seems unreasonable -- this is a number that zoom gave me; surely it should give me a clean number? I don't think I should have to to try to whitelist it, and I certainly don't want to do that for every individual number in my enterprise. I've had a case open with support for a couple of days with no update. Any idea? Thanks!

Somehow a recording started playing on my calls that says the call is being monitored. I did not touch any of the settings, so I don’t know why this is happening. How do I turn this off?Thanks
Hey,I have this issue that when i create a Google Calendar meeting with zoom invitation, and when i copy zoom link to next meeting in Google Calendar, ZOOM is automatically changing ownership of the original zoom and link it to the second created meeting. Steps:create google meeting with zoom (let's call it meeting ABC)check in zoom settings-section meetings, that the meeting is existing (it should)create new meeting in google calendar (XYZ) and add zoom link from point 1 (from meeting ABC)check what will happened in zoom settings in section meetings - how the ownership for zoom meeting is changing from meeting in step 1 (ABC) to meeting in step 3 (XYZ) and shows in ZOOM app and also in zoom meetings that the link originally created in meeting ABC is now owned by meeting XYZ. if i for instance cancel meeting XYZ, it will cancel also the zoom link, so the originally created link under ABC wont work 😕😕 can You fix it?

Last week, Zoom updated our system to Workplace without any warning on both my and my wife's PC. Now, no matter what we try we can no longer get either of the PC''s audio and Visual to work. On audio we complete the test and we get sound but ZOOM immediate say's the "Fails to detect microphone". My mircophone and Video works if we you use other communication programs.
Ever since Zoom updated to version 6.0 i'm having mic issues. V6.1.1Windows 11Lenovo Carbon X1 Whether i'm using the Lenovo inbuilt microphone or a 3.5mm headset with mic - other participants state that i'm either very quiet (they have to have their volume on 100) to hear me and/or my voice is chopping in and out / going loud and quiet. I previously had a Lenovo T14 (3 weeks ago) and I got a new laptop due to this issue, only for it to remain? I'm really struggling to understand what's going on here, given that it's happening on two different devices.
As an example, I have a meeting set up from 9am-3pm. If the meeting runs over until 3:30pm or 4pm, is that going to be problematic? Will the meeting just stop at 3pm or can it continue to go on?
When I try to join a Zoom meeting from an email link it does not open the Zoom application on my iPad automatically like it does on my computer, is this a known issue and is there some way to fix it?
When a meeting is started the participates are able to hear the speaker and videos played by sharing on the laptop. When we play the songs/music from the laptop the participates are unable to hear it. Our meetings are live and we have people in the room as well as the participates in the Zoom meeting. We would like the participates to be able to hear the music/songs during the meeting. How can this be achieved?
Hello,Is anyone actively utilizing some sort of "emergency mode" for their contact center queues or know the best approach for certain situations?We have situations where our HQ may need to evacuate the building, or a power/network outage takes place and wanted to find out the best way to handle that when no agents are available for incoming calls.I'm hoping the best option is not to have them all go to "Not Ready", but if it is then what is the best way to change the overflow/voicemail option quickly without logging in and managing each queue.Thank you!
Is there a way where a training agent could be setup to automatically join all calls coming into a specific queue? I understand that this could be done through monitoring but the customer wants to automate this when they are onboarding new agents.
Hi all!This is a minor issue that might just be me missing a setting.My issue is that the image that used to be behind the time and date disappeared (see screenshot). I also no longer see the button to change the image. It's a small thing but making my workspace personal brought me a lot of joy.I was not able to find the setting that allows me to re-enable it. I'm currently updated to the latest version of Zoom, and I've tried reinstalling Zoom. The same issue persists. Is this the new default, a setting issue, or a bug on my Zoom?Would appreciate any support!Thank you!!
Has anyone had to train a remote employee who is part of the contact center? I am trying to train remotely but have run into an issue that while on a zoom training we cannot answer any calls together where they can also hear what is going on in the call. We get all our calls through the ZCC so it is not an option to do a call just through zoom phone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
My CC is used for incoming and outgoing calls as well as a call center entry point to get ahold of my agents. I also use Zoom phone for another tier of agents who perform similar duties and contact the same clients. When my agents call from Zoom Phone, the outbound caller ID is set to the main company number. Is there a way to set the exit point for contact center outgoing calls to match that same company number so that our clients see a consistent number across both platforms? In CC Management > Phone numbers I cannot include the main company number as it's assigned.
I have set my background for no blur but it still blurs. How can I eliminate any filter so you can see me and the actual background? I do not want any special effects.
