I am having issues connecting Zoom to my new go high level account. It says it is connected to my old account, but that account is no longer active. I have tried deleting lead connector and redoing it and still nothing.

This started happening a couple of months ago. My high end podcasting microphone that connects to my MacBook Pro via USB stopped working well with Zoom. People told me I sound like a robot. I recorded myself and they are right. I sound fine when using Macbook's mic or my AirPods. I tried switching the USB ports, I switched from USB to USB-C. Still the problem persists. I updated the Zoom app the the latest. I restarted the MacBook. I've got strong Wi-Fi. This said, the podcasting mic works perfectly fine when I record to GarageBand or to PhotoBooth. But when I launch a Zoom meeting, then via the Zoom app I sound tinny. I go back to PhotoBooth and I sound amazing. I can't figure it out. What's up with Zoom? Any advice?
I am writing to report a problem with my camera display that occurs specifically when I am recording a Zoom meeting while screen sharing. When I share my screen and have my camera turned on, the camera feed appears correctly. However, when I start recording the meeting, the camera feed appears twice: once in the position I have set it, and again as a separate window, usually on the right side of the screen.Additionally, if I enable the "Hide Self View" option during recording, a gray square appears in place of the camera feed on my shared screen. This issue only occurs during recording; the camera display is normal during the meeting when recording is not active.
I had a meeting on Dec 11th and it has been more than 15 days since the meeting. Although I can see the meeting registration report, I cannot get the meeting history report when queried the date. Am I missing something?
Good morning! First post here. It is sort of a "feature request" but also a pole to see if this is a need others can see. So, a lot of us use Zoom in professional environments where everyone is tech-savvy and this platform is a tool of the trade. I think we take for granted how much of the workflow has become unconsciously intuitive, like driving a car. But then there are common use-cases where most participants are very non-technical. A Zoom family reunion. A wedding. A funeral. A church group meeting. A community volunteer group. A local townhall meeting. Etc, Uncle Bob has to call someone for help if he accidentally changes his TV to HDMI 1 instead of 2. Mom and Dad use flip phones because smartphones are too hard. Billy has a mental disability is just learning to read and write after being homeless for several years. For these individuals, the more features and buttons and option
Logitech Brio Pro crashes during meetings- could it have to do with the LogiTune software? The video seriously lags and freezes, ultimately getting a black screen and the camera disconnecting and reconnecting in Zoom and to LogiTune. I've been having troubles since the beginning of December when teaching online through Zoom. I'm running a Logitech Brio 4K Pro on Windows 10, and it was working quite well before that...Tried reinstalling Zoom workplace version 6.3.1, to no avail. Please help. 🙂

We have the following scenario, a Zoom Room using a Mac Mini as an appliance with two Rally cameras. When we select the multi-camera option on Zoom, the cameras freeze and only start working again after we restart them.Zzoom 5.16.0 (4348)
Buenos días, me gustaría saber que móviles Android son compatibles con los fondos virtuales de Zoom por que por características he probado un huawei y un Samsung que las cumplen pero no funcionan.Gracias
Hello and Happy New Year! The 'Copy Invitation" option does not include the DATES of the recurring meeting I have scheduled. I love that I can delete some and list the dates exactly as I want while scheduling, however, this doesn't carry over to the invitation. Adding the dates is tedious and time consuming - especially for a semester's worth of classes. The dates used to be listed in the invitation, I remember, a few versions ago. Why did zoom stop listing them? Much easier to delete listed dates than add them. Please add the listing of specific dates of recurring meetings in the INVITATION itself. Make the life of educators easier:) I'm on my zoom web account on desktop when scheduling meetings on my apple computer. Thank you!
If I am in a meeting on my desktop and need to move in and out of the room, can I watch the meeting on my iPhone simultaneously? 2 weeks ago I could, but today I couldn't have them both open together. In my line of work, I need to be stationary at my desk and be able to go into another room. Please advise. Thank you.
Hello everyone,I'm having an issue with the Praiz Notetaker app on Zoom. Even after deleting the app from my account, it still continues to show up in my meetings. Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can completely remove it from my meetings?I appreciate any help or suggestions!Thank you in advance,Julia
Otter.ai accessed a work meeting without my consent. I deleted the program and account entirely, but not before it set up a separate profile in my name and emailed everyone at the meeting that I was recording the meeting. Curious if anyone else has had this problem with Otter and what Zoom is doing about it.
Firefly.ai tries to access my Zoomroom and is not authorised to do so. This is annoying. I have reported it several times, but nothing much seems to be done with it. I am worried about the overall access of these sort of 3rd party apps.
Hi guys!I would like to activate the waiting room for a group of users and have a specific participant (a notetaker, not a 'real' user) automatically added to the waiting room for every meeting. So if the host wants to add him, he can just accept the participant, and if not, he will leave him in the waiting room. How can I do it please?Benji
We are new users just trying to tweak our system to work the way we need it. Our current issue is when one of our people are on the line, it won't register an incoming phone call to that line, nor will it put the missed call in that line's history. There are times during the day when only one person is tending the phones (staggered shifts early and late in day). In this circumstance they don't know what they have missed a call, unless a voice message is left by the caller.
There are times when webinar content is confidential and we would like to prohibit AI note taking. In a meeting the AI notetaker is identified. It does not seem to be listed as an attendee for a webinar. Is there a setting to deny access, or a way to do so manually?
I have an M1 Mac and am used to my video broadcasting in a high resolution, but I have a daily live video stream through Facebook and when I use the Facebook live feature in Zoom and broadcast this way I am only given the option to have 720p for my video I cannot find a way of changing the video format , is 720 the only option?
I have a problem. When I'm online with Zoom, (not even sharing slides) the forward and back buttons on my presenter (Logitech R400) stop working. The black screen button, laser and presenter mode buttons continue to work as normal. As soon as I get out of the zoom call all buttons work fine on PPT.Does anyone know any helping advices?
I am having issues using my Logitech Presenter clicker on Zoom meetings. I have a Macbook pro and have absolutely no issues with it when I run presentations with Microsoft Powerpoint offline.I have even had an adjacent second computer login to a created Zoom meeting I create, and have had no issues when sharing the powerpoint presentation to the meeting. My problems exist when I am in an actual Zoom meeting with others, and my logitech presenter repeatedly fails to work during Zoom calls. When sharing my screen and pressing a clicker button I hear a soft sounding noise and the clicker fails to work, resulting in me having to present with the keyboard. Is there something I am not doing in Zoom to correctly active my clicker when on a Zoom call? Is there a more reliable presenting clicker recommended by Zoom?
I host the meeting that happens weekly with same zoom ID and passcode. Is there an option in the settings where others can just join the meeting automatically without my having to accept them into the meeting ?
