Caption Size on iPad

We use closed captions in our Zoom meetings and some of our participants have diminished hearing.  On Apple iPads, the caption font size is very small and almost impossible for our older participants to read.  How can we increase the font size for iPad?

Hey @EKapust,

Thank you for sharing your concern. Please check out this guide on how to adjust your captions: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058202

The article linked to is for desktop. The question is about iPad. There does not appear to be a way to change the caption size in the iPad version of Zoom. Moreover, while iPads (and iPhones) do have accessibility settings that allow you to change the size of captions, the Zoom client for iPad seems to completely ignore those settings. Many people who need captions use devices like iPads for a variety of reasons. The fact that Zoom doesn't support them properly by allowing for larger captions is a problem.
