Our company had a zoom meeting on 1/20/2025. We had a few people on Zoom and some people in person. One of the people on Zoom shared their screen and Spotify showed up first then there was a XVideo that showed up at 18 minutes and 23 seconds in to the meeting. We can't see who shared the screen because the recording doesn't have who the participants were. Is there a way to check after the meeting who the participants were and who shared the inappropriate video? 

When I launch the Zoom app on the PC I bought last October, it will be terminated immediately.The PC has enough specifications and is the latest version of the app. I also tried several Internet environments. Zoom camera won't while OBS app is open, and the Video Capture Device is selected.  I believe it's a compatibility issue with my Microsoft Surface Laptop *7th Gen) with a Snapdragon X Elite (12 Core) Processor.   Both OBS and Zoom have the latest updates, I have reinstalled, rebooted, open OBS first then Zoom, etc.  I also installed the regular version of Zoom for windows and tried the ARM version of Zoom and still have the same result.  I've also look at the camera privacy settings.   OBS video does work in MS Teams.    Please let me know if there is a workaround, patches, or setting changes I can make to resolve this issue.   Thanks

Hello, How can I configure notifications for calls coming inbound to a ZCC queue, so that the agents who are already in Occupied status (like in another call) can see there are calls waiting? I know that in this scenario, with all agents Occupied, Overflow routing is triggered. But prior to initiating that Overflow, I'd love for the Occupied agents to see some sort of pop-up or etc. that says, "Hey, there's another call coming into this line right now!" At which point, they can terminate their current call to accept that new call, or they can at least know there is a call about to hit Overflow. Seems like such a basic setting, but I can't find this one! Alerts on a queue won't suffice here, unless I am unknowingly using them incorrectly. This needs to be a real-time, "in your face" type of notification. I appreciate your input! This is my first forum post. I am a Zoom Pro One subscriber. I'd like to have people call into my meetings using their phones but I don't know how to activate this feature, or the how include dial-in phone number and meeting passcode in my meeting invitations. I need your help please. Thanks

When a few people talking at a time and I begin speaking, they can't hear me

after updateing to 6.3.0 when to interact in setting the app will crash and will go back to main zoom heading. when joining a meating when it request pc audio it will alos crash. recumend keeping on 6.2.11 via d https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions link to arcrived downloads. as what ever changed in 6.3.0 stops all interaction with audio slections for pc users.  

Just installed workplace and now I can't use audio - when I try to switch to audio settings the app crashes. audio, workplace, crash, Mac M1 Ventura  

After my zoom updated to 5.17.5 (29101), I started to notice crackling/popping from my USB speaker/mic (Jabra Speak 510).  The crackling/popping comes and goes and sometimes is really bad and sometimes is minor. It doesn't happen when I send audio through my Macbook speakers, only when using the USB speaker. I've tested various settings, and it seems to be better if I switch audio settings to- Original sound for musicians- High-fidelity music mode: On- Echo cancellation: On- Stereo audio: Off But even with the above settings, the crackling/popping still happens sometimes (just less frequently). Has anyone else seen something similar?

How can I quickly find a meeting by name? I only see the possibility to search by dates.

Hi folks. I like the Continuous Meeting Chat for certain meetings (recurring team meetings) but not all meetings. Is there a way to keep Continuous Meeting Chat enabled for my account but for it not to be on by default on new scheduled meetings? I schedule a lot of single instance meetings where it isn't useful, but it's always there if I don't remember to turn it off in the meeting settings. If I disable it in my account settings, it is no longer an option in recurring meetings where I want to use it. Thanks,Chris 

I have the camera for the zoom meeting - BUT in stead of showing me it is a full black window - no image, no background possible - it just stays black. I have given zoom access to the camera in my settings, I have reinstalled zoom, but it remains black. I have daily meetings, it never was an issue. It just suddenly is there. Is in on a Mac Book Pro - Anyone nows the solutions? Any feedback appreciated. 

I have created several templates that I want to share with my entire company (account). There doesn't seem to be a way to do this right now, since I am not able to add templates to a Shared Folder. How can I set a template to be available account-wide?

I recorded a meeting yesterday using my iPad Pro (2018) running IOS 17.4.1  & Zoom version 6.3.5 (21266) Where will I find my Zoom meeting file on my iPad?     After logging in to my free account and switching on the option to record the meeting - I am now unable to find the location of the meeting file.    Can anybody help me, please?   Thank you very much DHW  

Suddenly we can no longer see future Zoom meetings beyond a couple of months ahead - I have just put one in for July but I cannot see it. Why can't I just arrow through and see ALL my meetings. We schedule for a year (education courses) - seeing just a few months is no use. The search between dates option at the top doesn't work either. You cannot select the date range you want.

Hello, Recently we scheduled a webinar and during this process we had the option to set an Alternative Host for the meeting. At the time we did not set it up because we needed to upgrade our colleague's account. However, now that the account has been upgraded it seems that I cannot find the option to add him anymore. Is it not longer possible since the webinar is already scheduled, or does it move places from the tabs? Apologies for the newbie question but this is the first webinar we run on Zoom. Thanks for your help.

Hello, We've added tags to a few sessions in our multi-session zoom event. They appear on the registration page on each of the sessions. See the image below, you can see two tags, one of them says construction.    Unfortunately, they do not show up inside the lobby. See below.   I can filter by audience and product, but users need to click into the filter button. Is there something I can do to make them show up in the lobby by default?

Once the zoom meeting ended, there was no pop-up window saying that the recorded meeting is under the conversion. I've been using Zoom Interpretation feature a lot for some international meetings. So, we prepare 2 PCs to record the zoom meeting with 2 different languages - One for the mother language, another one for the interpreted version-. As a participant, of course, I asked the host allow me to record and save the zoom meeting into my PC. I absolutely saw the host clicking "Yes" button so that I could started recording it. During the meeting, I found that the zoom meeting had been recorded (On the top, there was a green icon or something with a message like "it is recording" and at the bottom of the zoom meeting screen, pause/stop the recording was also activated) Once the meeting was over, there was a pop-up window to show the progress of the conversion on the host's PC. System : Dynabook Portege X40-KOS : Windows 11Zoom version : 6.3.6 (56144) Zoom audio output is very, very low. I can hardly hear anything. Volume is maximized (100%) in Zoom as well as in the system. No problem with YouTube videos. Tried https://zoom.us/test also. Same results. However, in this I noticed that the output sound starts loud and clear but goes down within a second. Googled a bit and based on what I read, I tried the following in the zoom Audio settings    - Set signal processing by Windows audio device drivers too "off(Windows - raw)"   - Windows system audio enhancements to "off". Problem persists. How to fix this? Thanks

 I've been producing webinars on zoom for several years now, and in the earlier versions of Zoom, there used to be an option to automatically engage "Original Sound for Musicians" when a certain sound source was selected. Right now if you change audio sources, it toggles off as well and stays off when you come back to the sound source which previously **was** in "Musician" mode. Would it not make more sense for it to have to be turned off if you DON'T want it, (after all you've already selected to engage it the settings). It worked fine before, could we have that again?
