I attend a Zoom, in which once we were in Gallery Mode, the background was changed.  It was a nice floral background.  Our "gallery" of attendees was only 2.  The boxes (of attendees) were centered and had round corners.  As a participant, as well as the owner of the zoom, our "view" or  background remained the same.  The background in my view was blurred, the background in her view was her home office.  I would like to know how to change the Gallery background.  Would love to round the corners of the gallery tiles as well.  Thank you.  @gallery

Hello Zoomlanders,    OtterPilot seems like a nice feature as a virtual assistant to take notes. However, on Zoom settings side, I have not been able to figure out how to configure Zoom so meeting owners can restrict or allow for a scheduled meetings.Is there a way to restrict or manage the use of such virtual assistants (OtterPilot) without entirely blocking the app (OtterAI)?    Ideally, Zoom has the ability to allow each meetings to set their own restrictions as meetings are scheduled.   

Looking to get information on when/how a camera make/model will be Certified by Zoom. I'm particularly interested in the new AVer TR535N dual lens PTZ Pro AV camera. Zoom has certified a number of other AVer models, and I'm just looking to get a gauge or information on how they choose the models to certify, and how long that process may potentially take. I'm currently testing this model and would love to be able to create/recall presets from Zoom, which is currently unsupported on this model. Thanks

I really dislike the new layout after the update - I only use recurring meetings that aren't on a set date. Now in the desktop app all of my meetings are hidden away and it shows a useless (for me) empty calendar 😞  How do I easily view all of my recurring meetings in the desktop app? Where are the options settings to choose what gets displayed? How do I turn off this calendar feature??

Hello there,I've been looking around like crazy why I can no longer share my iPad or iPhone screen anymore on my Zoom (desktop) I've done this successfully for over 3 years but suddenly the option doesn't exist anymore?There are no more button for sharing iPhone or iPad screen, neither with cable or screen mirroring.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I just bought a new PC laptop with Windows 11.   And it doesn't seem that the Zoom Plug-In for Outlook works for the latest version of Outlook.  I am so regretting moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11.   I relied heavily on the Zoom Plug-in to schedule my Zoom meetings.   Any work arounds for this issue?

We are trying to set managed schedules for our sales teams.  We've assigned to the groups but when we make changes to the template, changes don't update.  Is there a reason for this and/or is there a way to do this within Scheduler?

I’ve noticed that Zoom chat history is no longer being stored locally on my system. This feature has been working reliably for years, but for about a month now, no chat history is saved. Previously, the chat files would appear under ~/Documents/Zoom, but no new folders are being created, and the history is missing.I’m experiencing this issue on two separate laptops, both running Ubuntu 22.04. This is a significant concern for me, as I rely on the chat history to grade student participation in my classes. I only realized the issue after my first class, and I’m hoping it can be resolved before my next class on Thursday.Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Zoom community, Several users on my Zoom tenant send auto-recorded minutes from the zoom calls and it is getting out of hand. Otter AI is the culprit and it un authoritatively gets access to the zoom calls. Is there a way to block Otter AI from accessing zoom calls and recording these minutes?

My external webcam was working fine with Zoom for months and then all of a sudden sometime in the past two weeks, it stopped working and instead my video is a black screen to participants and to myself. I tested this same external webcam with Google Meets and it's working fine on Google Meets so it's definitely something with Zoom. My built in Mac Air laptop camera does work with Zoom but I cannot use it for meetings because it is damaged and I look blurry which is why I have been using the external webcam these past few months for Zoom meetings. I tried the following to troubleshoot: uninstall/reinstall Zoom, upgrade my Mac software, restart computer, go into Zoom video settings to check everything; check my privacy/security settings to make sure Zoom has access to my camera.Anyone else have a similar issue or know how to resolve?

Hi All - I have had a very frustrating experience, where my airpods appear to be connected to my computer and work initially during a zoom call but will stop transmitting audio after a few minutes. They still appear to be paired and connected to my computer and still even show up as an option within the zoom audio settings, but will not function properly. This is an issue across other airpods - not just one in particular. It also only happens during a zoom call, audio works fine while watching youtube/netflix for example. Are there any settings that we need to be aware of that should help fix this? I have tried all of the other suggested items, such as disconnecting from other devices etc.  It is very clear to me that this is a zoom only issue. Thanks for the help!

I use cloud recording very frequently to sell my classes. I find it very practical and convenient to use the recorded class registration form, so that people who buy my classes can register, and then I approve access when payment has been made. What is not practical is to see the report of the people registered, and I find it tedious to have to search for a particular registration as the information is displayed in no particular order. I propose as an improvement: that the registration report be sorted from the most recent date to the oldest date of registration (as default). That alone would be much more practical when searching for an enrollee. If possible: the registration report could be sorted by name, last name, email or registration date.Thank you very much !

Hi!I work in the IT department for my company. We depend on getting emails containing voicemail. We received a ticket this morning that some people had left voicemail that the appropriate recipients didn't get. There were 16 voicemails recorded for one of our user accounts. I did a Message Trace in Office 365 and only 14 emails arrived from Zoom for that associated email account. I have no way of knowing if Zoom failed to send the emails or if Office365 silently dropped them. Is it possible to get email delivery reports from Zoom? It would be great if I could send such a thing to Microsoft support and ask why they're dropping our emails, if that's the case.

I type live captions for Deaf and HOH students. I use a laptop, so my screen is rather small. The green annotation pencil button is in the way of where I type, but I've looked everywhere and can't find a way to get rid of it. Annotation is not enabled for participants and it may not show on the students' screens, but it's really getting in my way. Does anyone know how I can get the button to go away? 

Soft colors such as pink and yellow that I draw on my screen do not appear on the opposite side. Dear Community,This 10 DLC Campaign approval process needs more structure and clear guidance on what is required and how to complete the form.I have tried all but my campaign has not been approved. Each time, I am asked to fix this, or that. Once issues are fixed, case gets declined or rejected again for a new reason. At some point, it does not make any sense.  The last instructions I worked on was about adding contact information to online presence. After making changes, I re-submitted my request for approval. I was surprise that my request was rejected again.Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign XXXXXXX.Explanation: Brand name inconsistent with online presence. Using iphone 13 pro and airpods pro.When I remove airpods from my ear, I get unmuted.How can I disable this feature?

I am using a Windows laptop with Microsoft Edge. I'm not sure why this is a new issue, but I can't seem to use the browser to sign in or launch meetings from Outlook. I use my school's SSO which directs me to sign in on the browser, but there seems to be the issue of the browser not being able to communicate with Zoom. It works the other way around, where signing in opens the browser, but not the browser to Zoom if that makes sense. I can't click on "Launch Meeting" buttons and I am forced to join via browser. I know the browser used to ask if it should always launch Zoom without needing to ask, but even after resetting my browser settings, it still doesn't communicate with the app. I can't sign in to the Zoom app and I can't join any meetings that require me to sign in. I don't have this issue on any of my other windows devices, so I'm quite puzzled with this issue.

Dear all, Please refer to below as problem symptom when occurring the defect.We having an issue where my mouse input stops for my entire computer and I need to plug in my mouse again when I start a Zoom meeting. After 10-20 seconds or hang-up mouse input stops again and only fix I've found so far is this method. This doesn't occur with any other software.
