Manages Schedules updating for Users

We are trying to set managed schedules for our sales teams.  We've assigned to the groups but when we make changes to the template, changes don't update.  Is there a reason for this and/or is there a way to do this within Scheduler?

I think once a meeting is scheduled, updates to the template won't automatically reflect in already scheduled meetings. You would need to manually edit the meetings or reschedule them. isn't it?
