Hi, I have a question regarding the Data Tables. I would like to know why it's not possible to have content body for the rows in a Data Table? My use case is that I have a Board view where I create my tasks and each tasks has columns like Status, Project and Due Date but I also want to have a body, like a normal page where I can write the details of my task as well as adding Reminders. Adding another text field won't do it for me because I need a textarea not a text field, ideally the page itself like Notion.

Hello all.  I've only used Zoom's basic (free) functions but am looking for advice about which plan I may need to upgrade to so that I can accomplish a specific goal.  I am a student doing research requiring interviews of individuals (essentially two party calls/meetings) that I need to record to the cloud and have transcribed.  It seems Zoom might have such capabilities, but I'm not sure how to choose/construct the correct plan.  I think I will at least need Pro, but am not confident I can add on the needed features.  Meanwhile, a Business plan seems like overkill, and I only need one license (not a minimum of 10).  Any ideas or advice?  Thanks!

The feature is turned on and I cannot get a confirmation email to my work email or my personal when I register for webinars I've just scheduled. Even when in the scheduling screen and I click to "send me a preview email" those do not come either. I've checked Junk, Clutter, Spam. Nothing is coming. This is a major feature of promoting a webinar for registration.

We recently had a webinar with 1,700 attendees that had lots of reactions. I ran the Reaction Report and saw that there were many instances of the same reaction emoji being repeated over and over by the same person just seconds apart. For example the report shows the same person clicking the laughing emoji almost 50 times in 15 seconds. I tested this out myself and it's not even possible to press the button that fast. Is it possible that the system is just double counting a single click? Anyone else seen behavior like this? I want to report to my leadership how many reactions we got but I don't trust this data with all the repeats.

Hi everyone. I am hosting a meeting/virtual training that requires registration. Unfortunately, the link to register now brings up a registration form which already has the name and email of previous person who registered! Not sure shat caused this but how can I fix this? I even tried creating a new meeting with a new registration link but it still happened!

We have extensively investigated the Zoom for Webinar out of the box Application for Salesforce.  We use Salesforce Campaigns with Campaign Members to invite large swaths of our constituency to our events.  Our Webinars average 600 invitees. We found the Zoom Webinar for Salesforce App to contain the functionality we seek to be able to have a webinar platform that integrates with the way we use campaigns.  However, there are so many limitations. Zoom Add to Webinar button for Contacts and Leads.  Zoom has an add to webinar buttonKnown limitationscan only add up to 10 members from a listview at a timecannot add members from Campaign Member related list on Campaigns directly nor can it add members from a report.The button can be used to add campaign members using Contact and or Lead Listview or from the Contact or Lead record directly.  However, the button limits the number of invitees added through this feature at one time to 10.  This means if we have

We have a teams room that can attend Zoom meetings. Often times we get an invite for a zoom meeting and the ical is not sent, just a link to join the meeting. We need the ical so I can add our teams room to the meeting. Is there a way to get the ical from a meeting invite  link without having to reach out to the sender and ask them to resend with an ical invite?

Hi Zoom Community,I’m looking for a way to display a real-time clock in Zoom meeting rooms—both when meetings are in progress and when there are no meetings happening. It would be really helpful to have this feature to maintain time awareness in the room at all times.Has anyone else requested this, or does anyone know if this feature is available or could be added? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi everyone, I have discovered a problem with sharing full screen while in a Teams Meeting in a Zoom Room.I have the ability to share my full screen to the room's display, however on the screen, there are large margins on the sides only enabling me to use about 80% of the screen when sharing.  Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, how were you able to resolve.  Thank you!

Hi there, I run Webinars as a part of my job, and have done for the last year or so. I've never had an issue where I've lost internet or power during a Webinar, until today when I was part way through another meeting (on another platform) and our internet went down. My question is, if I lose internet while hosting a Webinar, what happens to that Webinar? Does it end for everyone, or will the "hosting" go to one of the people on the panel? Do I need to make someone a co-host when they join the Webinar, so that if this happens it automatically swaps the hosting abilities over to them, and the Webinar continues? I also record the Webinars (to the cloud, not my computer) as a part of my role in hosting them, will the recording continue automatically? I've tried Googling this and couldn't get a great answer, so thought it would be easier to ask on here! Thanks

Whenever I start a Zoom meeting through the Chrome browser (and others like Edge and Opera) the audio connects automatically without asking me. This doesn't happen in Firefox.Is there any way to ensure that the audio will not be connected in Chrome? The settings are already set to not connect but Chrome continues to connect by itself.

If we have User A with a Zoom Workplace Business Plus license, which limits them to host 2 concurrent meetings and they granted User B scheduling privileges then User B joins one of User A's meetings and takes over as Host, does this mean User A still is able to host 2 other concurrent meetings? In other words, if another user takes over as host of a meeting via scheduling privileges, does that mean the meeting no longer counts toward the original host's concurrent limits?

Hello I have a Lenovo computer with Windows 11.  I have used Zoom on my computer before with no issues. Today I had to download it again for some reason. I was invited by a host to join a meeting. My video wouldn't turn on. If I clicked on the video camera to show a red line through it, on her end it would only show her my name. If i clicked the video camera again the red line disappeared but it would show that it was locked on both of our ends.  I signed into the zoom web portal. Clicked on settings in the navigation menu. Clicked the meeting tab.  Under meeting (advanced) I looked for the meeting HD video quality toggle to enable. That toggle was not an option.

I've seen meeting requests come in and instead of the Zoom log in the upper left corner, they have replaced that with their firm/company logo.  Anyone know how to do this?? 

Super frustrated that on this new Macbook pro - when I join a Zoom now, the video is ultra zoomed in, and I can't figure out how to Zoom out.  This does not happen in Google Meets, so it seems like a Zoom-specific issue.  I've tried enabling Option+Command and the "minus" key on my laptop, but the farthest I can go is way too big still.   Help please!

With Zoom DS - can i diaplay a URL thats internal to my company, for example a PowerBI Report URL or a web published application?

It's been almost a month that all of the blue the audio stopped working when I was in a meeting. I can't listen to anyone or any other sound when I'm the host.  I thought the problem could be with my device so I changed the earphones, but nothing happened. Apparently the program can recognize my mic but i don't hear any sound (even when I try the "test" on settings".I deleted and downloaded the app again, but it didn't fix the problem. I sent a message to the support, but nobody answered me and I'm still paying for this without being able to use it.

On 10/02/2025 in the evening, a zoom was performed, I can't find it in any way.I made a recording for a Zoom meeting, I can't find it in the cloud or on my computer. I tried following the instructions and still haven't solved the problem.

after my zoom was updated recently, everytime i want to start a new meeting, it gives me message that i have another open meeting , which is not correct. i signed out and signed in again but no change. any suggestion please.

I have recorded meetings, but when I go to Meetings>Recordings, all I get is the loading timer. This has been going on for days. How do I access my recordings when nothing on the Recording page will load?
