Is it possible to tag someone with "Notify me when available" permanently so that I get a notification every time their presence changes to available? Currently, if the contact goes Available and then Away again, I wouldn't be notified the next time they came back. It would be useful for those moments when I miss that window to grab them, especially for people that spend a lot of time away from their desks!

I keep receiving emails daily for the last month (june) saying "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage", but that's not true, I have a basic account so that means I can't record in the cloud, I can only record and save locally.I did had a PRO account last month (may), but I stopped paying this month (june). I did use cloud recording, but when I stopped my membership, the emails notifying me that I have userd almost all of the available recording keep coming , DAILY!I hate it how do I make the emails stop??? Help.I can't go into cloud recordings to "delete" videos because I have a basic account, I can't see any recordings I only see this: https://i.imgur.com/oZmTCxb.pngI don't want to "block" the emails coming from zoom in gmail because I do want zoom notifications. I only want to stop being notified

We did configure the Zoom meetings. However, the sync does not happen irrespective of whether the invite's email address matches the user record in Salesforce.Thanks

I followed all the steps to create the app in zoom marketplace using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) but it doesn't work there is a problem.   What solutions and alternatives do they give me?  

I have a Link only for members that is a constant and permanent link, but I would like to invite guests to the meeting but I don't want them to have a permanent link... is there a way to do that?

When I view the Zoom meeting app in full screen, I can always see the Participants icon at the bottom of the screen. Hi all,I regullary take part to meetings opened by the same host/account, that set to ask the participants to give him the permission to activate their microphones.I always deny permission but one of last times I allowed it by mistake. Now all meetings consider that it is given, I am no more asked to choose yes or no.It already happened some years ago and then I found in my account a way to cancel the permission.Something must have changed meanwhile, since now I cannot find it any more.I hope that some of you can kindly help me.Thank you

I am encountering an issue with one of my channels. The channel is fully visible and functional in the Zoom desktop application, but it does not appear in the Zoom Web Portal.The channel contains important information, and I need to access it through the Web Portal. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?I’d appreciate any advice or guidance on how to recover or synchronize the channel.Thank you in advance for your help!

Does anyone know how/where I can purchase a Zoom pro account and gift it to another person?

My background is constantly out of focus - even when I take it out of focus.  Sometimes I want the background to be sharp and visible when I'm creating flipcharts or don't need privacy. This is no longer possible, the background is always blurred. Thanks for help.

I am an Admin for a Zoom workplace pro account. I had team chat enabled to allow users to use the chat and to attach files. All other options were available to use such as google drive however the my computer option was greyed out for everyone including me the host. There is no information in the help section regarding this issue and was wondering if anyone had any ideas or a particular setting that would cause this issue? 

Hi,  I am trying to set up the one-to-many meeting option for people to book a 3+ person meeting into my calendar, that I host.  Perhaps my expectation/understanding is wrong, but my assumption is that this meeting option should allow someone booking a meeting to add multiple invitees' names and email addresses when booking the meeting, so that all of those people get an invite and my zoom link. And on the options setting for questions to ask in the information booking flow, there is an 'add another attendee' button. I can also see I can select a max number of seats for the meeting (for this case I have set this to 30) When I then put the one-to-many meeting option live and test run it, the 'add another attendee' button does not show up and so I can't see how someone booking the meeting can add multiple attendees. They would have to send me the invitees and ask me to manually add them to the invite

Greetings, I belong Darbar Academy,  an online school which teaches Indian Classical music using Zoom as a virtual classroom. Recently, fellow students have had difficulty turning on orginal sound for musicians when attending class via phone. This seems to be true for iPhones and androids. These students were previously able to turn on original sound easily from their phones. Please share any insights you may have regarding this problem. Thank You!

I purchased a new iPad (gen 10) and now my Zoom icons are along the side and top of the screen instead of down at the bottom. How do I move the icons back to the bottom of the screen?  Also, my RAISE HAND icon is now buried under the MORE (3 dots) and no longer easily accessed on the bottom of my screen. How do I bring my RAISE HAND feature back to the bottom of the screen as well?  Thank you

I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. He opens this link and afterwards the following error message appears:"Action not allowed: This data is protected by your organisation. You must log in to the app with your account "...." to access the data. If you are already logged in with "...." contact your IT administrator.We have set the following via InTune:Zomm for InTune released via the VPP for the client.Assigned the app to all devices and this app is also installedApproved the app as an enterprise app in the Azure Portal as a global administrator.Approved the app in the Protection Policy.Can you perhaps give me some tips on what I need to configure, although everything fits according to the documentation.Thank you very much.GreetingsMarkus
