GIFTING A PRO ACCOUNT

By "GIFTING" do you mean that you are going to pay the annual account fee year after year? In that case your name would still be on the account for billing and you can give them access to the account.

If by "GIFTING" you mean that you are transferring the billing to them after the first year purchase then that does not sound like a gift.
