I set a Virtual Avatar and now I want to disable it.  It's annoying that it shows in every meeting I join or host.  I have to right-click on myself in the gallery and uncheck Avatar.  I just want my picture back.  How can I delete or disable it permanently?

I need some help setting up our Zoom phone system. We are a clinic and we currently have (and only need) one phone number. When a patient calls that number, I need it to ring to 4 different phones. What is the best way to set this up? If one person answers, can another person also be on the phone making their own outgoing call, etc?

You may have noticed that Zoom recently released a new "Shared Content Only" view mode that webinar hosts can use in "Follow Host View" mode to hide all panelist video tiles and show only the shared content (like slides or any other screenshare).  It's a very useful new feature that was designed to let webinar hosts have more control over what their attendees are seeing.  There are definitely lots of use cases where a webinar host may want to hide all of the video tiles, especially during transitions between presentation or program segments. HOWEVER... The problem is that the "Shared Content Only" view will NOT work for many of your attendees.  If attendees are using the browser-based version of Zoom, or if they have an older version of the Zoom desktop client, the video tiles WILL NOT disappear for them when the webinar host switches to "Shared Content Only" view.  As you might imagine, this can cause a lot of embarassing problems if the host THINKS they

Hi, I'm a music teacher and I'm always struggling with my students' config of their Original Sound For Musicians. They are mostly children who struggle with the configuration and it takes a lot of time to do it and we waste class time. Some of their zoom versions don't have the option to activate Original Sound For Musicians, specially when they are on the web version, or in android, cellphones or tablet. Please, allow to activate it (OSFM) with just a button in the main interface as the mute button all the time without going into the audio settings setup, it will be a lot easier and we don't need to waste time by setting it up.Also, we as teachers (hosts) of the meeting should have a button to ask for activation (Original Sound For Musicians) as we do to ask them to start their video or open the mic (with the button request) Please, add this configurations! Recently we've noticed that Zoom seems to be "listening" to our private meetings. These are End-To-End encrypted, yet still Zoom is asking if I'm playing music and recognizes things such as hand gestures. AI Companion Panel is off and locked for our organization.  We are uncomfortable with this feature and do not want Zoom or its associated AI agents listening in and participating in our meetings or learning from them. How can we turn this off? Hi Everyone - I can't figure out how I lost the ability to share my iPhone and mirror it to my Zoom desktop presentations. I'm on the same Zoom version on mobile and desktop. I'm on the same internet connection as well. When I tap the mirror icon on my phone, it just doesn't find the Zoom meeting any longer. (I have selected sharing on iPhone/iPad / Airplay).Any help, I'd be grateful! 

I have an android tablet Samung A9 plus. I am trying to use web browser function to share screen in zoom meetings. When ever I start a meeting or join a meeting there is no share screen button at the bottom at all. I have not got the zoom app because you cannot create break out rooms from an app. I have tried the Web app to share screen and the share screen button isn't there either. Is there a web browser that share screen will work in? Or is the problem my device? If it has to be share screen or breaking out rooms then I will have to take breakout rooms but ideally I would like both if it is possible?

I had to reset my polycom real presence group 700 that had my zoom address already saved on speed dial but it was deleted when I reset it.  What is correct format to enter?

I am trying to add an additional email to my Pro account. When I search, I'm told to go into Roles and I will be able to change my role to admin. It doesn't work. I have my own calendar app set up and I would like my users connect with zoom and automatically created zoom links created for them when they create an event in my calendar app. do I need a premium zoom account in order to develop that and open to public or can I do it with the private version. also do I need to add my card into the settings? right now I am not able to add test users and test how I did my integration. anyone help?

My cursor keeps disappearing while using Zoom - I heard it might be due to a Microsoft update, but how do I fix it? It's a pain in the neck to not be able to use my mouse! I can't figure out what version of Zoom I have. I have an Asus laptop with high specs. When I go to "update management" where it's supposed to tell me if there are updates to be done, it says "no data".

The process of using Zoom.us to update a personal voice mail greeting feels unnecessarily cumbersome.  Once logged in to the site the user has to remember if they are supposed to update Greeting & Menu: Connect to operator or leave voicemail  or are they supposed to update Leave voicemail instruction? Once in the correct section it's 7 additional clicks to get to the point they can re-record their greeting.  I'll ignore the fact that I can't prevent users from using the Zoom text to speech feature or at least eliminate the terribly unprofessional voice options. It's too much for some users.  To that end I've considered having them use *86 to simply record over their previous greeting.  Doing so mimics traditional phone systems.  Without having to remember *86 or use the Zoom.us process, how can a user gain access to their mailbox setup?  I can't create a contact since *86 is an invalid phone number format.   Any sugge

I pay for zoom for my business and run it with a medical health program and I pay for both. I also need to be able to start a zoom account for 12 step meetings that I'm involved with. The group needs to be able to both control and pay for the meeting to abide by our 7th tradition of being self supporting and also we do not have leaders but trusted servants and those positions rotate. If any one person goes out and drinks or stops going to the meeting we lose our entire meeting. I see that some AA organizations by area have provided this but we don't have anythnig that I can find in Los Angeles. Can you please advise on how to do this? We need to be able to have access to change passwords and meeting links as needed. How can we set up this account to fix that?

I have set up a zoom meeting on my computer but will be away from my desk. I would like to do the zoom meeting on my iphone but I do not see this meeting on my iphone.  I tried setting a different meeting up on my iphone and I do not see this meeting on my computer app. Please advice how I can make them sync.

When I have remote control of a computer running Win 11 in a Zoom meeting I can click on the Windows 11 start icon to open the start menu but when I click on any of the icons or controls in the start menu nothing happens. How can I get the mouse to work in the start menu? Thanks.

I was the host of a meeting.  I was kicked out before it started.  I re-entered.  I started the record button.   I guess i wasnt host anymore and had to agree to the recording.  Now today  I can not find the recording anywhere.  On my zoom app or my computer.  I really need to find this recording

I understand that I'm supposed to click Share, then click the box for "share sound." To share a video, I will then click the tab for Advanced, and then Video File button, then Share button. But in a webinar today, after the host gave me the permission to share, I was able to click Share, but the "share sound" button could not be clicked. It was not checked. It was not grayed out. It was empty, but could not be clicked. I was able to continue to Advanced/Video File/ Share, but of course the participants could not hear my sound. On the same machine, with the same device settings, I later started a webinar with just myself as the host, and I was able to Share and then "share sound." Is there a setting for the meeting itself that needs to be changed?

hi, Im tring to login to zoom with my google account (sso) on my samsung s9 tablet but i cant "lunch zoom" when i hit the button nothing happened. btw - i tried to login via iphone and everything working but i need it on my tablet (same for facebook account - cant login)
