Hello, I recorded an important seminar last night using the Zoom DesktoP APP (Version: 6.3.5) on my laptop. The seminar ran through the night, so I set Zoom to record so I could review it in the morning. I ensured the following before leaving Zoom running:The default recording folder was correctly set.My laptop’s sleep settings were turned off.The Zoom app showed the recording status (red dot) at the top of the screen throughout the session.This morning, I discovered that no recording file was created or saved. I have taken the following steps to locate or recover the recording:Searched my laptop for temporary files, including .zoom and __zoom__, but found nothing.Checked the default Zoom recording folder, which is empty.Opened the Zoom Desktop App and checked under Recordings, but the session is not listed.Logged into the Zoom Web Portal

As in the title Zoom is unstable and does not allow me to share (just times out at other end) my screen on my NBN Fibre 250mb connection. However when I am in failover mode on my 4G sim mobile connection at 30mb it works fine. I have tried several different solutions but not really knowing what I am doing. Any help much appreciated.

Hi, I have been granted access to schedule Zoom meetings for my colleague (John). However, when I create Zoom meetings for myself and other people (not John) through Google Calendar, the meetings default to having the 'Host' being John instead of my name. It's listed as:'John is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.'

I am the "IT team".  How do I get around this?

Is there a way to allow for public access to meetings by posting the Zoom link online without having to use a passcode or accepting a person into the meeting. I would like a virtual courtroom to allow anyone to view online by only clicking the zoom link but not have any communication in the meetings, only viewable? I use Youtube but would like to bypass this process. Thank you!

I have been told that the Time Range feature in the Zoom Dashboard has changed and you can only view up to 3 months no longer. Who thought of this? It is a really frustrating and useless feature. I can't imagine any user thought this was a great idea. Now we can't see what we schedule in the long term. If Zoom doesn't return this feature to its previous uses I personally would like to move to another platform that is not limiting it's calendar view. Any recommendations? Would Microsoft Teams works?

Account: Zoom Workplace ProWe have a problem switching meetings-IDs from owner to member.The owner O installed a meeting called M-A (ID 12345678).Meeting M-A is supposed to be started by a member B. How do we enable member B to start meeting M-A.If we log in as member B there are no meetings listed. It seems that members are restricted to 40 min meetings.Intention: member B can start all meetings, but cannot change any settings.Thanks for help!

We have multiple Windows Zoom Rooms running version 5.17.1 that sporadically have audio issues when connecting primarily to Teams meetings.   When this issue occurs, no audio is heard from the meeting, nor can the other meeting participants hear the audio in the Zoom Room.  A reboot of the Zoom Room will resolve the issue for a while (but it occurs again within a day or so). This seemed to have started within the past week or so, so I suspect the issue is with the 5.17.1 update.  Anyone else having this issue, or is this is a known issue that will hopefully be resolved soon?

hi I am currently a "PRO" user since we have a small team and happy since many months with the paid plan. I would like to use the Full HD features of my high-spec PC from your Business plan HOWEVER, that plan requires 10x seats which we don't really need as we have a small team so it would be a waste of €uros.Though i'd like to test/use the FULL HD features. I want to make a request to enable FULL HD 1920x 1080 on PRO accounts as well without having to upgrade 10x seats for the Business plan. Maybe for a small price increase? Why don't you give the option "normal" 1280 and "full" 1920 for i don't know 5€ more or something? We don't really need ALL the functionalities of the Business plan for now. I've already expressed my wish of using FULL HD a few times and i find it limiting being locked at 1280x720 resolution. I am a big fan of Zoom and would love to level up

I'm having an issue at the moment with my Zoom PhoneI'm not being alerted when calls are coming through and am just seeing missed calls once the call rings out, so I'm currently unable to answer phone calls.The phone isn't ringing and there is also no pop-up visual alert when someone calls - I just see missed calls.I tried calling myself from another phone and it was ringing but I couldn't see anything in Zoom until I hung up the call and then it showed as a missed call

Dear Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing a recurring issue with video playback during our webinars and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.Issue Description:In our last 5-6 webinars, we have encountered consistent video playback interruptions.The issue occurs approximately 1 hour and 20-25 minutes into a 2-hour video.The video freezes at this point, although the play button remains in the "playing" state.This problem has occurred consistently in multiple webinars.Additional Information:When reviewing the video after the webinar, it plays through the problematic section without any issues.I have investigated potential webinar settings that might cause this but have not found any relevant options.Request: Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Hi, My audio works fine with any App (like playing something on YouTube), but I cannot hear anything through Zoom. I have gone through all sorts of solutions posted online and none of them work. Can you please let me know what would be a fix ? I would be obliged if you could answer as soon as possible as I need zoom on a daily basis.

When I try to share audio during a meeting I get a notification that I need to download the "Zoom audio device". It then pops up and asks for my password to allow this. When I enter the password it says "invalid". It is the same password I logged in with so I'm at a loss as to why it doesn't work here. Also, I already updated zoom to the most recent version. It will show that I am sharing the video of the tab that has the audio but no audio plays.

個人アカウントで新規にWhite Boardを作成し、共有リンクを作成しようとしましたが、なぜか私の所属が「東京都」になっており、アクセス設定が「制限あり」と「東京都 の誰でも」しか選択できず、「リンクを持つ人全員」がグレーアウトしていて選択できません。メールで共有しようと思っても、「東京都があなたの組織以外のユーザーとのコラボレーションを無効にしました」というエラーメッセージが表示されて誰にも共有することができません。他の人に共有するためにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？

I am trying to create a "All Hosts Available" meeting but I haven't figured out how to add my colleague as a host as well so it will review her calendar when a client books a meeting.  She is not available in the choices of "hosts" in step 2 of creating an event.   I would welcome any input on how to solve this.     

I'm suddenly getting emails notifying me of lots of my recurring meetings being auto deleted.  I have to go in and recover them manually.  this has never happened before and I didn't do anything.  it's happening while I'm logged out of zoom.  I've changed my password in case it's being hacked but it's still happening.  Any ideas? TIA

Nous prévoyons un webinaire pour lequel peu d'anglophones sont attendus, investir dans l'intervention de traducteurs professionnels est donc exclu. Y a t-il des moyens d'améliorer la qualité de la traduction instantanée, par exemple en recourant à une IA jumelée à Zoom ou une fonctionnalité Zoom plus avancée ? Merci pour votre aide.

ホワイトボードを使って、途中で違う画面を共有し、またホワイトボードに戻ると全記載内容が消去されています。ただ、毎回ではなく10回に1回くらいの確率で起きます。他の画面を共有する前に毎回保存するのも面倒ですし、消えてしまうと記載した内容に追記もできないので困っています、、、。

Is it possible to tag someone with "Notify me when available" permanently so that I get a notification every time their presence changes to available? Currently, if the contact goes Available and then Away again, I wouldn't be notified the next time they came back. It would be useful for those moments when I miss that window to grab them, especially for people that spend a lot of time away from their desks!

I keep receiving emails daily for the last month (june) saying "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage", but that's not true, I have a basic account so that means I can't record in the cloud, I can only record and save locally.I did had a PRO account last month (may), but I stopped paying this month (june). I did use cloud recording, but when I stopped my membership, the emails notifying me that I have userd almost all of the available recording keep coming , DAILY!I hate it how do I make the emails stop??? Help.I can't go into cloud recordings to "delete" videos because I have a basic account, I can't see any recordings I only see this: https://i.imgur.com/oZmTCxb.pngI don't want to "block" the emails coming from zoom in gmail because I do want zoom notifications. I only want to stop being notified

We did configure the Zoom meetings. However, the sync does not happen irrespective of whether the invite's email address matches the user record in Salesforce.Thanks

I followed all the steps to create the app in zoom marketplace using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) but it doesn't work there is a problem.   What solutions and alternatives do they give me?  

I have a Link only for members that is a constant and permanent link, but I would like to invite guests to the meeting but I don't want them to have a permanent link... is there a way to do that?
