HI all, One of our users at the office is having an issue where his audio will sometimes dip out. It does NOT cut off. I just loses volume level; sometimes nearly gone.  It is not happening on a regular basis, and it is supposedly happening both when using his Apple Airpods, as well as the Logitech C90 webcam's microphone.  Zoom is installed on an M1 Mac Mini running the latest patched version of macOS Ventura, and was running Zoom Version: 6.2.11 (43613), which I've updated to Zoom Version: 6.3.11 (50104).Has anybody experienced this kind of an issue? Not complete drop outs; just volume levels. If so, how did you cure it? Unfortunately, I won't have the guy's earpods with me to test things. But, do have the Logitech permanently installed. The most maddening issues is that it's transitory, and not reoccuring regularly; so it's really hard to troubleshoot. Hence the reason I'm turni

The issue: when the host is presenting and sharing video, their video is NOT the one pinned with the shared screen. When the presentation is first started the host video is shown, but as soon as anyone else speaks, the host video is hidden. Any other guest video can show on the screen with the presentation, but the hosts video will not show again ever.The host's video does show in the gallery view but not with the presentation. The highlighted video changes to anyone other than the host when a new person speaks, but it never responds to the host speaking. Device: Samsung A53, galaxyS8, galaxy S25, and Motorola Moto G 5g. Each phone was kept up to date when used. Timeframe: this has happened consistently for 2 years. Attempted troubleshooting: logging out and back into the meeting... does nothing. Hello, I use my Smartphone as a second camera to film things, that I am drawing on a paper. This worked fine in landscape mode, since the paper is in landscape. At least until last monday. Now zoom always turns the picture in portrait for the other participants, so I can still use landscape, but the others can nearly see nothing. You can see it there, this is a screenshot of the Smartphone view:https://rn.next-cloud.org/index.php/s/ai9PfTAeCHepGeGI took a picture of the MacBook and you can see, that the picture is turned....Android and iOS...Any ideas?

I recently have encountered streamed videos hanging while sharing (even without meeting participants).  I'm using Windows 11 (updated w/ 24H2 installed) and Zoom Workplace 6.3.11. The videos display just fine when not sharing. This happens using my laptop display or my UHD TV/monitor. Lenovo app used to check all drivers up to date. Rebooting PC has no impact on problem.  Nothing obvious to me while watching performance in Task Manager and videos hang. I have no problem sharing the same videos using my iPad Mini (6th Generation). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I currently have the basic plan but as far as I know I should be able to start a new meeting. The icon to do so isn't there.  I can only schedule or host a meeting but it doesn't appear that i'm able to record. I have to be able to record as I am doing a recorded presentation.  Thanks, Jade 

Hi All, I am new to Zoom Phone and must say am not enjoying the experience! I recently purchased an Australia and New Zealand Unlimited Plan, but have not been able to make any calls. Each time I have tried, I receive the following message "Sorry...the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Also, unable to receive calls too! So now I'm confused ( have I not set up properly, am I not dialling numbers correctly?) and worried that perhaps I have purchased an incorrect plan - although I made the purchase after long discussion and upon recommendation of Zoom's sale team. I need to be able to call the landline of my office in Melbourne and vice-versa. I am however currently stuck in Greece (since COVID-19 outbreak) so I am wondering if my physical location is creating a problem. I was told my plan isn't supported by Live Chat. I would like to find out if I can make calls to mobile numbers and landlines using Zoom and if so what are the subscription option.

Windows 11 Home, Zoom latest version.The video plays for a few seconds and then freezes. It is the video that freezes, Zoom itself does not freeze.  No video settings help.

The Zoom client has been working perfectly on my desktop for months, including and up to yesterday.  Today when I try to start or join a meeting, it crashes.  The meeting window pops up briefly and then closes.  It seems like Zoom tries again 2-3 times and then gives up.  Have tried with camera on and off (same result) Have tried with multiple Zoom accounts Have tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling, restarting—all to no avail Other video apps on my computer work: OBS, MS Teams meetings, etc. The client on my work laptop works with the same account (no crashes) Have cleared Windows temp files Have cleared Chrome cache   No idea what else to try!  It seems that Zoom is interacting with something else on my desktop but I can't figure out what it might be.  Nothing has changed since yesterday.

I had a meeting in Feb. where the host gave me permission to record. He directed me where to find record and I clicked it. We then proceeded the meeting. When we were done he said that I would get an email from zoom of the recording. I never received the the email. Also, I didn't have an account at the time. I contacted the host about not getting an email an he said that he does not have the recording. I have also searched my computer and nothing is there. Is the recording completely gone?

I just got a new laptop recently, and after installing zoom, I realised I couldn't get past the log in page without a "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again" pop up.I then use my old laptop to try and find out if its really the connection issue . Low and behold, Zoom runs perfectly fine. Any ideas on why this happens, and how to solve it?

I need help!! I am working on a group project and am required to record interviews. I selected my first session to be uploaded to the Cloud, and after I completed the hour-long interview, when I went to retrieve it, it said the interview had been saved, but I did not see any video or a transcript when I hit play. What happened?!! 

I teach multiple classes per week on Zoom. All are archived as Smart Recordings. However, the inbuilt AI makes the same errors over and over, such as misspelling my name (it's the same as my user name), and mistaking my sex/using opposite pronouns.I can go into Smart Chapters and edit in the corrections, but I wonder why it never "learns" what is correct from week to week, and also why some classes are almost letter perfect - name, sex, transcript - and some are so far off...in the same ways each week.Assistance, anyone?

When I share screen i can't share computer audio (I can't flag the option)Please help me

Hi all, I'm recording audio in a zoom meeting, but the audio is going through a DAW first: Logic Pro X.  Everything worked well for a few months, but now, all of a sudden, it's only recording my audio in the left channel, whereas before everything form me was coming through both left and right channels.  Any ideas?  I keep playing around with things in Logic and nothing seems to solve the problem.  It seems almost like a communication problem between zoom and Logic?? - weird.Thanks in advance.

I have been participating in some large Zoom meetings with a nonprofit that I volunteer for.  We have been trying to interpret these meetings into multiple languages simultaneously.  There have been intractable sound issues, where the people who are trying to listen to the interpretation can only hear a small part of what the interpreter is saying. Has anyone else had this issue?  Does anyone know the solution?

Hi zoom, I have a suggestion. Can you please add profile pictures to group chats. Because all other texting platforms have it, and it really helps me organise my groups. As I use team chat for my daily basis. I would like to see if its possible. Thank you.

I have multple google calendars under one account. When I connect google calendar to zoom, it only shows me the default google calendar in the schedule section of the zoom app home tab (Version: 6.3.11 (60501)). Is there a way to select which google calendar to show on that section?Thank you.

I was wondering if there is a way to set my digital signage playlist as a screensaver.  Basically, I want to pictures to keep playing while the room is not in use.  Didn't know if that was possible. Thanks,Ed Murphy

Hi Guys, I'm 'very' new to Zoom. I have joined, logged in and attempted to set-up an audio/video discussion with a long tome friend of mine with the basic 'free' version.Everything looked simple & straight forward with the meeting booking, all I seemed required to do to set up the meeting was to select the day and time (with consideration of time variations within Australia), enter the e-mail address of the recipient and enter.My selected meeting schedule came up my end as verification however, nothing was sent to or verified at the other end. Meeting time came and went with no advice received the other end. I reset a new schedule a few times with the same nil result at the recipient's end.We the did a role reversal, my friend then set a meeting his end, entered the meeting details which was verified his end, but nothing came through my end as verification by e-mail. Meeting schedule came and went with no connection.So please, where am I going wrong,

I've not seen "Require authentication to join" as an option before. How does it compare to waitroom and passcode options? Is it the "easiest" route for an attendee to access with?
