I will try and be civil - The AI Chat bot "Mr. Wizard" was offended by me - I mean seriously - Some of neither have time to hunt and find - answers- Especially answer's to something that should be simple - Grrrrrr - A simple Human would be nice!Some of us work for a living - Done Venting - Virtual Backgrounds without a green screen - I mean seriously - Not everyone has one - I don't run a professional studio - and I am not paying for technical support when the answer should be extreeeeeeeeemly easy - Sometimes I am one my laptop - Sometimes desktop - I had to down load a new app - and all of a sudden I have a new - AI Buddy - Great - Can you tell him I only want my picture with no green screen - Grrrrrrr Arggghhhhhhhhhhh  

We have been using Zoom SDK for quite some time but today we noticed something which was not experienced earlier. Host video is not available to all the participants and all the incoming videos for the participants are randomized. We don't have the option to change view settings and all the live videos of participants are not shown. Most importantly all participants should see their subsequent host in the meeting but they are not able to do so as they are only shown one incoming video that is also randomized it can be either of the host or a participant. We have tried all possible changes from the admin console as well as through the Zoom SDK settings. Any suggestions?

Hi there! We have a couple of spots where we have deployed a ZR without a controller - just use a wireless mouse / KB to navigate. It worked fine since installation but yesterday both rooms have stopped working and are prompting 'Tap Controller to Start'.  There is no controller that has been paired with these rooms ever, and they were working fine for the last few months.  From my eye test, I can't see that anything changed in the ZR admin portal.  Thoughts? 

My wired headphones does not work on Zoom meeting on my Samsung tab A9+. I don't think it's a headphones issue because the audio works fine with other apps like Spotify and YouTube. I tried some basic troubleshooting uninstalling and reinstalling the app and making sure it's up to date. Does anyone have the same issues?

 I received an email about scheduling an interview over the Zoom Workplace App using the link: https://us05web.zoom-inv.cfd/Windows/meeting-invitation/pwd= I have removed the portion after the pwd= My concern is the -inv.cfd. Can anyone tell me if this a legitimate Zoom link or invitation?

Hello, 5 seconds is not long enough for us.  Is there a way to (Globally) modify the default duration? On another note, I wanted to apply the Digital signage to a "Device Group" as we have signage all over campus,  Since I was unable to do so, I created a Digital signage "Building" and applied the playlist to that instead.  Feels a little backwards, but it works. Marc.

For the last three days, registrants for my daily meeting have been getting this error message. I have a large room so my capacity is 500 and this is happening with less than 200 people in the room.I have contacted support multiple times with no solution yet. For context, I have done this meeting for almost five years so it is not a new set up.I typically run 300-500 every morning and today we were at 130 with multiple people sending screenshots of this error message.We run the meeting off the zoom app on a desktop.We have updated the app to the latest version but other than that, I can't imagine what else can be done from my end. Has anyone experienced this before? What did you do to resolve it?

Now it has happened twice while recording to the cloud that it suddenly stops recording and it has not been saved and no email from zoom about the recording. First time it stopped after 1 hour, second time today after 1,5 hour.It seems unreliable to use the cloud for recording.Anyone knows why this happens or any solution?

When I key in my meeting code and password, it opens up a window where everything looks normal but upon further scrutiny, it is trying to connect me to a meeting held on May 31. 2022.  What do I do to fix this?  I removed the Zoom App from my desktop and reinstalled it and it does the same thing.  How do I fix this?

Hi There! I'm a Manjaro Linux user and recently Zoom App is not saving the PREFERENCES any more! Every time I launch Zoom, I have to go through all my personal preferences all over again! I have searched for any "config" file on my PC at /home and at /opt directories and there is nothing related there! Previous version just worked perfectly! But not anymore! Any help? Ricardo_Freitas(Brazilian user)  

Zoom is driving me crazy I sign in and am told to sign in I update and after its updated - it says update here is a video of a typical attempt to get to scheduled meetings bar - it takes 4 or 5 tries to get to my meetings

Zoom crashes whenever I try to share my screen as a co-host during webinar sessions. My screen will typically freeze, then the app will close and I get an alert saying "Zoom quit unexpectedly". I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods, re-installed Zoom many times, checked my internet stability and performance, adjusted my advanced video settings, and still haven't been able to resolve this issue. I'm using Zoom on a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 that runs on Windows 11, so I don't think my device should be the issue. I've also had this error when starting Zoom meetings with just myself as the guest to try screen-sharing and it still crashes. I'm not sure what else to try to fix this problem. I consulted IT services at my university and they also weren't able to find a solution other than the troubleshooting methods listed on the Zoom community support website.

Hi.I have a user that has the Zoom Workplace Business license and has created many invites using the Zoom plug in for Outlook for several years with no issues. However, recently, he sent an invite out to approximately 50 people for a single meeting and about 10% have reported that they received the invite as an email and not a calendar invite plus it didn't include the time or date of the meeting so they couldn't add it manually.The user is using Outlook 2019, with the latest updates, the latest Zoom connector and the recipients are using either Outlook 2019 or Outlook for 365. All users are on the same M365 tenancy.Any advise on resolving this?Thanks.

I have a Zoom registration form for an event, which asks for First Name, Last Name and Email Address.I am directing classmates to this form from our class website.I want to not require them to complete the above 3 fields as that information is known to us on the sending website before the redirect.How do I supply this information in the redirect (either in the URL or in a POST format)? And how do I find out the names of these three fields?I am using PHP on my server side and HTML/JavaScript on the client side.

Quando eu tento habilitar o áudio, o zoom fecha. Já desinstalei e instalei várias vezes, desliguei e liguei o computador várias vezes também e já baixei o de 32 e 64 bits. Quando coloco pra sem áudio, a reunião abre normalmente, mas eu se eu tento habilitar o áudio ou ir em configurações referente ao áudio, fecha sozinho. Isso me atrapalhou muito, perdi um bom tempo da minha aula da pós graduação. Por favor, como eu resolvo isso?

When I am recording my webinars you can see gray boxes in the recording and on the screen that viewers are watching. How can make my recordings cleaner. I use two computers.  One to administrate and the other one for recording? Suggestions please! Thank YOU!

The help says to press the select tool and then the grab (hand) tool.  I don’t see the grab tool when I press the select bar or on the select bar. Can you help?

I host a zoom meeting that has to be publicly posted. I am diligent in removing and reporting zoom bombers. I used to be able to view the jpg that shows up in the reporting email/zoom screen after the meeting and advise as to what happened. The jpg of the screenshot is no longer clickable. This makes it hard to identify which zoom bomber the report is for and to be accurate in my description of why they were removed. Please restore the ability to view the screenshot so that I can more accurately report these people. 

Hi, I recording a work meeting yesterday and clicked on save recording to my computer.  When I went to convert the files, I am getting a pop up that says the document cannot be open and zoom cannot convert files of this type.  I am using a MacBook as my computer.  I have already tried logging out, logging back in.  I have updated everything including the operating system on my computer.  I am still unable to convert the file.  Any suggestions?  I am truly hoping the recording isn't lost! Thank you 

Hi I recently bought an Acer Aspire C27 running Windows 11. Since I bought it, I can't hear a friend's guitar playing on Zoom calls.  I hear the singing though sometimes it cuts in and out. I heard everything fine with the old Windows 10 computer. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help.
