Cannot convert a zoom re cording file

Hi, I recording a work meeting yesterday and clicked on save recording to my computer.  When I went to convert the files, I am getting a pop up that says the document cannot be open and zoom cannot convert files of this type.  I am using a MacBook as my computer.  I have already tried logging out, logging back in.  I have updated everything including the operating system on my computer.  I am still unable to convert the file.  Any suggestions?  I am truly hoping the recording isn't lost!
