Can't hear guitar on a Zoom call

Hi

I recently bought an Acer Aspire C27 running Windows 11. Since I bought it, I can't hear a friend's guitar playing on Zoom calls.  I hear the singing though sometimes it cuts in and out. I heard everything fine with the old Windows 10 computer. Any thoughts?
