I am unable to sign in in the application which is the only way to open the meeting as it keeps saying connection error even tho theres no problem on my side, what to do?? I need to sign in so i can join the meeting

Hi everyone, we are a business that is based in Croatia and we work as a contractor to a firm in the UK. Our work requires us to be able to call UK numbers and to have a UK number of our own. Thus far we have used Skype for this without any issues, but it is shutting down now so we switched to Zoom. The issue is that when we try to setup numbers for the UK, we are required to input a UK address and documents proving that this is the address of the business, is there no other way for us to get a UK number and to call UK numbers? This wasn't required on Skype. Could we at least get a Croatian number and call UK numbers without further charges? We have the "Zoom Phone Pro Global Select Unlimited" package. Would we be charged additionally for each call to the UK if we got a Croatian number?

When I am called the ringtone plays through both my speakers and headset. I would much prefer it rings to just my speakers and then allow me to take the call on my headset.This is on windows desktop zoom app. The app is fully up to date. Please advise. Thank you. 

I installed Zoom in Win10 pc. but in setting => Privacy => Microphone =>Access apps to microphone =>Zoom not exist.result : in meeting microphone not exist

Please help!!!I went in Friday to send a registration link to someone for a recurring meeting that I have been doing for a couple years and had scheduled up until the end of 2024. I went in yesterday to send the reminders and found there was no meeting. Everything was gone for this particular set of meetings for the future and the past. All of my registrants are gone too. I can see the history of recordings but that's it. Is it possible to find out what happened or to get back what was lost? I am so pissed that if I didn't just renew I would be changing platforms. There is absolutely no support for the pro level. The chatbot was worthless after I spent an hour or two trying all diferent ways to spell out the problem.I figure someone's gotta know what's going on here. TIA!

Hi.  I use Zoom to record my podcasts. I only use the Zoom audio files, not the video files.  I need to free up space on my hard drive. I have all audio files backed up on an external disk. If I delete the video files from my hard drive, will it mess anything up?

After updating to the latest version of Windows 11, I’ve noticed Zoom occasionally freezes or becomes unresponsive during meetings. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, are there any fixes or workarounds that have worked for you? I’ve tried reinstalling Zoom and updating drivers, but the problem persists. Would love to hear if others have found a solution!

Is it possible to upload a custom Avatar into Zoom?  I do not wish to use the childish avatars Zoom offers.  I have a human like custom avatar which I wish to upload.  Google search says this is possible but the zoom instructions suck!  Zoom customer service is awful.  What do. you suggest.

Sometimes when I copy text to the chat box during my classes, the bullet points become little clocks. I have no idea why this happens as it's completely random. Sometimes I copy text and they're fine with the bullets, sometimes they look like the thing in the picture. How can I solve this? example

We've observed that when a host or speaker refreshes the page or logs back in during an ongoing webinar, the Chat and Q&A history is lost — both panels appear empty upon rejoining.Is there a way to persist or retrieve previous Chat and Q&A messages after a re-login or screen refresh? It is important to know that my Zoom Account Settings has "Enable Custom Questions" checked. ProblemFrom a Chrome browser, I have created a webinar and I needed to add a custom question to the registration page. I went to Registration Settings > edit > Custom Questions tab > create a new question > type (single answer, dropdown),  I enter my question and it has 11 responses > then I select save all.  After selecting save all, the custom question is not appearing in the custom questions tab. After saving the first time, I went to the registration link, registered for the webinar, and the custom question was also not there. I have used Wirecast Virtual Camera as the video for my Zoom meetings for a while now on MACOS Ventura. I am setting up a new MAC Mini Pro running MACOS Sequoia. The camera is working in Wirecast. I start the Wirecast Virtual Camera, but it is not available to select in Zoom. The physical devices show up but not the virtual camera. Suggestions? Is there a privacy setting or permissions I need to grant? Legacy support needed? Any help would be appreciated. 

When using Immersive view and a "custom background", has anyone had trouble removing their own image as a host? My use-case is to set up the zoom meeting and be the controller for Immersive View for a panel discussion. The problem is when I add my own custom image for Immersive, I have no way to get rid of my Video.  My name doesn't even show up in the list of names when you manually add people in the meeting who you want to be on-screen. My video just automatically pops into the immersive view when I launch. I cannot even "x-out" my video once Immersive view is started with the custom image. When I use the zoom default images, I can keep my image from showing up or x it out once immersive is started. Is this a glitch in Immersive View?

I'm running MacOS Monterey. Several times in the last few weeks, I've noticed the orange dot indicating the microphone is being used by an app, and I click on the Control Center and see that Zoom is accessing the microphone. I'm not in a meeting and simply have the Zoom app open. Why would Zoom be accessing the microphone when I'm not in a meeting?

At one point, I set a background to purple, and now I can't get rid of it even when I hit no background. What do I do?

Both yesterday and today I've had system crashes while on a zoom meeting as a participant. My screen froze, time didn't change, I could still see and move my mouse but clicks had no effect nor did keyboard. I had to restart. I checked for updates but I'm up to date. Something up with zoom?
