I have enabled transcripts in my Zoom Pro account (iMAC OS Sonoma 14.5) but I only get audio and video files. No VTT file. I have integration with Practice Better which is supposed to take the transcript and create the notes after my client sessions. I have my settings the same as my colleague's but yet I still only get 2 files - audio and video. Please advise, Sybil
Hello!Can someone please tell me what settings I need to check so that:1. Host (me) is recorded in the webinar when I share my screen (see pic "1" - only screenshare visible in recording)2. Host and panelist with cameras off don't appear in the recording as small videos when another panelist is presenting (see pic "2" where videos are present on the right)3. When in gallery view (needed because two people are having a conversation), only host and panelist with camera on should be visible - how do I get rid of the "Pam" square (Pam was a panelist). (See pic "3") Thank you. This is rather urgent since I am recording tomorrow and last time was not good. In the past I have not had this issue so I am not sure what was different this last time.
I am used to share audio (Spotify music) from my computer with my clients. I also use a DJImic microphone for the sessions. This usually works great, also on the recording. Since the update (discovered yesterday in my case), this has totally changed. There is a lot of 'noise', the audio sharing option has moved and doesn't work properly. Some clients were able to hear music, others did not. The recording was also a disaster haha.Last resort I shared the link to my playlist. But also the normal audio was different as a mentioned. Someone else experienced this?
One of our execs is asking me for the following data: Total hours spent in Zoom meetings in 2024 (I tried the "Daily" report under "Usage," but it shows "Total Participant Minutes" which is time spent by ALL users in every meeting. She just wants the total amount of time for all meetings)The "biggest" Zoom day in 2024 (the day with the most amount of total time spent in Zoom meetings).Is it possible to get that information? Thank you!
Why I did not receive a meeting summary although the AI summary is activated?
I have just added a second Zoom account to begin scheduling meetings between 2 executives. However, I can't log in to both at the same time if needed. Is there any way to connect them? Other suggestions for managing 2 separate accounts without logging off and on each time? Thanks.
Morning everybody! I have been using Zoom for a couple of years and lately most calls keep breaking up. As this has persisted, in the middle of the call I switch to Google Meet to see if the problems lies in my connection but the call in Meet is just perfect.I would really appreciate if you could help me here as I find Zoom an excellent tool and would love to continue using it.Thanks in advanceNatalia

Can I Earn Certifications By Completing Zoom Trainings?
Hello! I used the "Livestream to YouTube" feature for the first time and had a bad experience: Every 20 seconds, it restarted the audio, overlapping on top of me continuing to present. You couldn't understand what I was saying because it was restarting the webinar on top of me over and over again. After 3 minutes, I ended the event because it sounded like 10 of me talking over myself. Both the Zoom Webinar recording and YouTube livestream recording sound like this. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?
The latest zoom update on Ubuntu seems to be broken. None of the buttons on the UI like screen share, invite participants, chat etc seem to work! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it via the Ubuntu App store as well as via the deb package. Could you please look into it? The app is unuseable.

Allow The Recording Feature To Be Used By All Attendees Automatically I never receive recordings of meetings that I attend. A simple fix would be to enable attendees to record the Zoom meetings.

Hello I'm looking for something that could be similar to other apps . Image/Resolution/Audio quality are my concerns. This is a Solitary 'Interview' project. I understand others are FREE but I'm willing to buy a temporary Zoom Plan for this particular interview for ease of use and compatibility between an Apple Platform and Windows 10 Pro. However, (as I understand it), using Zoom, a conversation between two people only is still called a group chat and is LIMITED to 40 Mins., (no matter the Plan). Correct? This interview can easily last 2 hours. So after every 40 minute session one must RESTART - Correct? As for recording the session, I'll be using my Screen Recorder App. Any ideas, questions or suggestions are appreciated. Thank You

I am trying to get logged into the Zoom desktop app. My company uses SSO via google. When I open the desktop app, I click "keep me signed in" then click the Google icon. Then I choose my account and log in. That brings me to the Zoom website in Chrome. I do not get redirected back to the desktop app. If I go back to the app, I am not logged in there. Am I doing something wrong? My last company had same setup with google SSO, and it was so nice having the zoom app. My current company does have some Trend micro security stuff installed on my machine. I also tried the Chrome extension, and same thing happens. I go through the SSO login, but that doesn't change the extension, which still thinks I am not logged in. Mac OS Big Sur, 11.6.2

Hi team,We have an IVR setup where callers press 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Does anyone know how it would be possible to setup a Notification to SMS or SLACK or any other app to let us know when a caller presses a particular option, such as 1, so essentially an EVENT notification? Hello all,I accidentally signed out of my Zoom desktop, which was linked to my University account. Now, I can't log back in. I can access the account on the web, so I still have access to all of my whiteboards for my classes and students. When I try to log into the desktop app, it just says account information is incorrect, even though it is the same as the account information I use to log into the web version. Is there a workaround? I know my uni has set up the lame "get a text to verify" thing, but if my computer is being recognized for 30 days, surely it would still work to allow me to sign into the Desktop version. Thanks in advance.
I am a Mac User. Today the Timer App stopped working. I get a black screen when I click on the Timer App. I have already uninstalled and installed my Zoom App, I have also done the same with the Timer App. I have also updated my Zoom, still the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
I used Meeting Summary w/ AI Companion for a few meetings yesterday, and the links are still grayed-out / un-clickable in my zoom account. Any thoughts/suggestions?
