Hi,I installed the newest version of the Linux client yesterday and recognized that when sharing the screen I only see a black screen.Version: 6.2.0 (1855)I am definitely on XOrg and NOT on wayland.Downgrading to version 6.1.10 fixed it.I'm on lightdm and use Qtile as TWM.I can't check whether this happens on GNOME or Plasma, too.Many thanks in advance!

In order to protect people with disabilities, the European Union is about to start implementing the accessibility directive. One of the requirements is that products supporting two-way voice communication need to support RTT (real time text). Zoom is also an app that supports two-way voice communication, so of course it also needs to support the RTT function. I would like to ask whether Zoom has the RTT function. If it does, how should it be enabled? If it doesn't, is it expected that this function will be available in the future?

I’m experiencing an issue with the video feed on Zoom where the camera appears to automatically focus on me, leaving the background slightly out of focus, even though I don’t have the background blur enabled. Dear Zoom Team,I have been using a Ryzen 2600 processor with 6 cores and 12 threads (16GB RAM), and I have successfully utilized the background blur function without any issues. However, I noticed that the new requirements now specify an 8-core processor, which seems to be an increase that may not be necessary for such a basic feature.Could you please provide any insights into this change? However, my Zoom client consistently connects to the United States (DCA) data center, which causes noticeable lag, audio/video sync issues, and slow screen sharing performance.Even when I connect through a European VPN (Netherlands/Germany), Zoom still routes me through DCA. I have an Asus Zenbook Duo with the RealTek audio drivers and I plug in the Aux cable to my JBL Bar 5.1. When I test the audio it plays for two seconds but they the sound stops and doesn't work. Same thing when I use the computer speakers as well.  I already tried changing the Audio Enhancements to Off.  Can anyone please help?

Like many others here, I'm a long time Skype phone client looking to port my number to a new service. I live in Mexico and bought a US Skype number 9 years ago to make/receive calls and SMSs. I'm looking at the Zoom phone plans, and all I'm seeing are "Global Select" at $20/month and "Business Plus" at $26/month. In the forums here,  people refer to other plans "US/Canada Metered" and "US/Canada Unlimited" which are less expensive and suit my needs more, however, I can't find them on the site to sign up or read about the features. Are these plans still available? Where can I see them or sign up for them? Thanks!

I cannot see how to share part of a screen on Zoom 6.4.2 (62735). The instructions I have found do not reflect what I see on my screen. There is no green border although the green border option is ticked in the Share Screen> Advanced part of Settings.Would appreciate any help available.Thank you! 

I have been trying to get a higher resolution on my zoom meeting recordings for MONTHS now. I have dealt with internet providers,  routers etc. Everything is working fine. My speed etc is high so I dont know what to do. My  recordings are now always 640 x 360. I have  clicked group HD, and also. made it  always on the higher recording setting in meeting settings.I use this content for art tutorials but I cant really use them as the resolution is so low. My recordings are  about an hour long,  but even shorter ones aren't  recording great either. I have a paid account.  even a 720 would be  better than what I have been getting. Please help Me. Andrea 

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blank page!What to do? Please advise and much thanks.

Whilst my face is clearly displayed when conducting a meeting, my video background is constantly darkened even though I have set the tick box to adjust for low light. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to lighten the background. I have also unset the tick box for low light and this does not seem to make any noticeable difference.  I am using version 6.3.1 on an HP Envy 360 2 in 1 laptop and using HP's inbuilt Truevision 5 MP camera.

I generally send Zoom meeting invitations via the app on my phone, and they have always automatically included the date and time of the meeting. In the last week this has changed so that it is only sending the meeting link. This is infuriating, as this one message used to act as an appointment reminder as well. Now I am having to send a separate reminder. Is this a temporary bug or a permanent change? My Zoom subsription is up for renewal soon and I'll shift to Microsoft Teams if this is going to be an on-going issue

I've been using Zoom without any problems for a few years.  All of a sudden, when i go to set an appointment, the only choices are for meetings on the hour or on the. half-hour.  But many of my meetings are on the quarter hour, like 1:15 or 1:45.  What happened and how do we fix this?

HiI am booking clients into Zoom. All but two are ok. The email addresses are fine, they show in my google and outlook calendars. Once they are booked in, they show as invited, but when i go back in, the invitees  have vanished, yet they arevstill in both Outlook and Googke Diary still.Zoom pro

What happened to the previous usage report format? I use them to produce Excel Spreadsheets to report attendance. During the active meeting, I change the names that are generic or unclear so that I can remember them after the meeting. For example, iPhone users who don't have their name changed come in as iPhone. This happens multiple times, so I can have 5 different iPhone users. I rename them to keep track of them. This new report does not maintain the name change. It reverts all of the name changes back to the original name, so I've lost all the work that I have done. I also noticed that the report does not go by entrance anymore.  Is there anything I can do to stop it from reverting and taking away all the name changes? Is there any way to go back to the previous report format? Thanks for kind responses.

Zoom Version 6.4.6The participants list in Zoom disappears when I share screen. I have to click it twice to get it back up. It does this anytime I click the screen while sharing, which is irritating because I often share slideshows. How do I turn off any sort of "Suppress Background noise"?I play an instrument over zoom.  It has been working for years and now when I play a few bars my microphone mutes & the noise is suppressed.  I want to turn this off if it is heard by the microphone I want it to go through.
