I'm trying to have 2 computers logged in and according to this article I can have 2 desktops, 2 phones, 2 tablets logged in concurrently however as soon as I log into one computer I get logged out of the other. And when I try to enable more additional logins that menu doesn't even exist.Has anyone been able to setup concurrent logins?

I recently upgraded to a Pro paid account, and I'd like to know if my existing Zoom meetings scheduled under the Basic plan will automatically convert to the paid plan, allowing for an extended duration. I chose a paid account for this very reason, and I’d love to avoid rescheduling my previously planned meetings to ensure I have that extended duration.
I setup online fax for my user account and fax to my DID from faxpipe. My Zoom phone rings and I get fax tones but I never receive the fax and faxpipe says it fails. I can send outbound faxes from Zoom online fax using my DID but I can’t receive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am able to receive chats during a meeting and can type a reply but am unable to send it . What am I missing ?
We have Polycom phones and sometimes the main incoming line flashes red/green but nothing is ringing. Does anyone know what this means?Sometimes it flashes red/red and its not ringing either.?
Hola¡ Trabajamos en realizar webinars, utilizando la plataforma de Zoom de nuestros clientes. Por lo general utilizamos dos salas 1. Reunión normal para tener nuestros speaker´s, esto lo hacemos porque es la manera más fácil que si sucede algo durante la transmisión se le pueda comunicar al speaker en privado y esta persona pueda manejar la situación 2. Tenemos otra sala que es webinar para transmitir el evento, allí sacamos la señal del Speaker y muchas veces las presentaciones, diseños que se hayan realizado para esto.Nuestro problema por lo general es que las presentaciones que enviamos por Power Point no salen en buena calidad (siempre hemos verificado que esto este proyectado en Full HD) pero aún así las presentaciones se ven pixeladas y el contante reclamo de los asistentes es que esto se ve muy mal. Quisiéramos saber que hacer porque no sabemos porque se ve pixelado si las cuentas estan configuradas para que sean Full HD. Alguien experto que también transmita eventos corporativo
I have been experiencing a toggling/flipping back and forth of the Video camera (the green video icon at the top of Macbook screen also glitches on/off while this happens) when using Zoom App on Macbook. When I "Start a Meeting," the dropdown in video continuously changes between "FaceTime Camera" and the "USB Camera" and nothing I have tried has solved this issue (and I can't seem to find something exactly the same happening online. ANY and all help would be most appreciated!! Thank you 🙂
I would like to know if it is possible to get raw data more comprehensive and easy to present. What I mean with this is that instead of putting for example the sign-in-out per people in rows, could that be on columns, so it could be easy to manage in Excel? The same thing applies to the people assigned to a queue, where they change to multiple auxiliaries, (bath, meal, downtime Manager Approved, etc.) starting time can be in one column, and the end time in another column, just instead of everything in rows,Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I am managing a group of 8 people who take phone calls. I have the power pack add on added to my license to see the real-time calls waiting, handling time, members available and etc. Whenever someone has to take their lunch/break, they have to "opt-out" to not receive queue calls. Is there a dashboard showing the realtime number of minutes/hours elapsed when someone toggles the "receive queue calls" or like a report that shows the elapsed time when a specific member toggles the "Receive queue calls" and like how many times they toggled it in one day?It's been bugging me for days now and I really don't know how to go around this.
incoming calls are not ringing to the mobile app. They ring on the desktop, but not the cell phone. when I open the mobile phone app there is a message displayed briefly saying there is no network connection. I cannot switch from the desktop to mobile app, it errors out. I know my network connection is good. all other apps are able to operate. I am on Wi-Fi due to the lack of cell signal in our building. this still happens when on mobile data. After the mobile app opens and the connection error message goes away, I can instantly make calls out.
Are you able to use Slido or Vervox as part of a Zoom Webinar? Is there an upgraded version needed for this type of use?
I Zoom Popup Widget that sits on my desktop has suddenly lost it's option for "Phone". My phone account is active and receiving calls, but without this, I am unable to make outgoing calls. When I am in "Home", I click on "More" and the phone is no longer an option. Any ideas?
Hello, I would only like my cell phone to ring when someone dials my desk phone # or extension directly and not when the main line # is dialed. It seems like I would accomplish this by turning off the call ques that I am in while leaving the mobile app setting on, but I would have to keep going back to toggle that on and off. I want the main line to function as it does, but segregate the cell phone call when someone calls me directly.....
I've done the pull down profile and everything I can think of-- the only option it is giving me for meetings is GMT with NO LOS ANGELES time at all -- no PST time at all for any city. Help!
Hello, I recently experienced an embarrassing situation when joining a Zoom video conference call with an inappropriate virtual background image shown to other zoom session participants. When I tried to change my Video virtual background image to 'None', the inappropriate image still displayed behind my live video. I am running Android Zoom version 5.9.1 (build 3642) on a Galaxy S10 - Sense UI 3.1 and the option to change my Virtual Video background image is under Settings --> Background and Filters --> Backgrounds. When I chose 'None' for the background image, the image loaded was still the inappropriate image instead of <no image>!Upon further testing, if I chose a new image, this image now becomes the default 'None' image and I can't change the image until I select another image which if I didn't have another appropriate image to choose, would be extremely embarrassing for myself and others that join a Zoom call
I am having a serious issue regarding the iOS zoom SDK, I am using pushKit to wake up the app via voip notification and then starting CallKit, when the users accepts the call, zoom sdk is initiated and then displays a black screen to the user, but the other side of the call can see the first also when the second party of the call opens the camera the first party also doesn't see the second and this is applied also on the audio so the zoom meeting is not working at all. Can we have a discussion or possible fixes for the sdk ?

Calendar and schedule does not work on my app, blank screen, doe snot load. I uninstalled and reinstalled app. It worked on installation, but when I exited and pulled up the app again, does not work.

Hello I've never had this problem before but my computer seems to have 2 or 3 audio options that I don't fully understand.1. Nvidia2. Realtek I think that one is for the inbuilt speaker in the screen while another one is when I plug in a mic and speaker probably. The third option while in Zoom is system. Anyway, in my Zoom session a couple of minutes ago, a screen kept appearing that the audio output had been changed and the sound kept switching from the speaker in the screen to the headphones every few secondsI tried forcing Zoom to stay with one system by making a choice in audio options, but this got overridden and the problem started again After a few minutes, only the speakers in the screen worked and the headphones were dead which was hard as I had to take the headphones off and then could not easily use the microphone attached to the headphones But why did I get this problem today? I joined a Zoom meeting today 17.6.2205 with a host who had sent me a link into it. I technically asked her permission via zoom clicks to record it into the could and she gave the permission and (I think) there was the icon that the meeting was being recorded. I`m not sure if I clicked record button though. But after she gave the permission it seemed like it is recording. I saw a text: Meeting is being recorded. And clicked ok. In the end the host ended the meeting before I had clicked stop recording or leave meeting. (Is it necessary that the one who is recording will press stop or leave meeting to get the recording into one`s cloud or computer? ) After the meeting ended like that I could not see recording processing. I checked cloud recordings but did not see any recording there nor a new recording of today in computer recordings. There were only the old ones that have succeeded earlier.
