I often am in zoom meetings with 10-75 people.  When I am in the gallery view, I would like to easily and quickly organize the order of the video participants according to various options, such as: 1. Alphabetical organization by first name (A-Z)2. Alphabetical organization by first name (Z-A)3. As a sub-option, put all muted (either video OR audio) participants (in alphabetical order as requested in 1 or 2 above) either AFTER all the "regular" (audio and video on) participants OR put them in alphabetical order mixed in with the regular participants. This new feature(s) would be very helpful to me and to many teachers who use zoom to lead group discussions!! 

Hey guys. Has anyone managed to find a solution to the issue with the new chat functionality since the recent update? I teach 25-30 children and its not practical to press on EACH tab to view their comments every single time. Obviously put together by a developer who only has 1-2 people in his zoom meetings.  There was a solution given in another thread about pressing a 'disable group chat' option but i cant view it on my web log in, nor could many other people in the thread.  This is another issue i am having with zoom - many responses from their customer care team is copied and pasted but not checked to see if its still relevant. This is the 3rd time a 'fix' has been given that is obviuosly taken from a previous version. They need to pull up their socks. Their staff also need to wake up. Hi, One of our users has raised an issue in that when he is completing "wrap up engagement" in contact centre there are no alternative spelling given for spelling mistakes.He does not have this issue in team chat etc, just the contact centre, any suggestions?He is using a windows laptop.The example in the screen shot showing provisioning spelled wrong but with no alternative spelling.

Hello, I need help with a billing issue.I recently paid for the Pro Plan, and the charge has been completed on my bank account. However, my Zoom account still shows as Basic. I also checked my Zoom Billing page, but there is no invoice or active subscription shown.

On the last update to version 6.4.10 (2027), the settings dialog box is broken. The only usable tabs are "Video & effects", "Statistics", "My Account", "Accessibility" and "Keyboard shorcuts". All the other options (including "General"·, "Audio", "Notifications & sounds",...) are unusable. Their content is restricted to a tiny band on the left of the panel. The right band is just white space. I am using Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS under Wayland (forcing X11 with "unset $WAYLAND_DISPLAY" does not fix this) with an Intel UHD Graphics 730 integrated controller. Zoom version 6.4.6.1370 just worked fine on the same system.

I have a colleague who when trying to launch a Zoom meeting within Outlook for iOS it leads them to the webpage to join the meeting. Once in the webpage window, it tries to redirects to the app store and reinstall the Zoom App even though it's already installed. It then doesn't join the meeting and you have to enter the session keys manually within in the app. Is there a way round this please? 

Hello, we are attempting to integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK and have provided all the necessary keys. However, when we call the SDK, it displays a 0,0 error. How can we resolve this issue? We obtained the Flutter plugin from pub.dev.

Has anyone tried to integrate the zoom with the website so you can allow your users to participate in meetings and join the discussion? Is it possible to do that?   Please, if you can suggest me a better idea, do comment. waiting for your answer....

In the original version, when multiple people sent me text messages during the meeting, they would be displayed in a window for me to check.In the current version, I have to click on each person's chat window one by one to check, which is too troublesome!!!In the original version, when replying to others, there is a drop-down menu to select the reply object, which is very convenient.Now I have to click on each person's text message and check them one by one to find the one I need to reply to.The fundamental reason why I chose ZOOM instead of Google Meet is that ZOOM can be set to chat privately with the host during the meeting. Now that the chat function in the meeting has become so difficult to use, I may consider giving up ZOOM.

I really want to turn zoom sound to zero sometimes.  Eg receiving an important phone call.  Using multiple devices in the same room.   

With the Basic free plan, if you schedule a meeting but start it 10 minutes late, do you still get 40 minutes or does it end 40 minutes after the scheduled start time? 

I have Zoom Workplace Pro and Zoom Phone Pro Global Select, yet Zoom is not allowing me to make outgoing calls to any phone numbers.  It tells me the requested service is not available in my calling plan.  What am I missing?  Do I need to change a setting or buy a different plan? Thanks in advance.

Every time a start a new meeting, the virtual background I set on my settings keeps resetting itself (no background at all). It was working fine before the last update. I'm using the desktop app for Windows 10.

Is there s way to enter activity logs so when a team task is created, collaborators can see the progress and what other team members have worked on? Or is there a alternative way for recommended team task management and collaboration?

I am running Zoom on Windows 10 and latest Firefox. I tried to install the latest version of Zoom Workplace and at the end of the process it gave me some error that it could not access MS Edge and to check my Internet connection. I do not have MS Edge. Does this mean that without it I cannot install Zoom?

Hope someone can help with this issue. It appears that the problem started with the new version of zoom. I set-up a zoom meeting and the attendees tell me that my voice is breaking up even though I can hear them clearly. I am using a Lenovo laptop which I have never had an issue with before, window 11, and zoom version is 6.4.7.  Thanks in advance.Gusnk

I have Zoom Pro and a license for Large Meetings. I have read through all of the supporting documentation provided for bulk uploading registrants to a meeting via CSV and am unable to make the following work. The meeting is a single occurrence, and has an auto-generated ID. Registration for the meeting requires the default fields: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, plus two custom fields: Organization, and Job Title. I have created a CSV file without headers in the format: Email Address, First Name, Last Name [from Zoom template], Organization, Job Title. When I upload a test file, the Organization and Job Title are not imported. I have checked the formatting (no special characters), tried to upload the Zoom upload template with text in columns D & E, CSV file is saved as CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv), and I am using Google Chrome.
