Timestamp is unchecked for my Zoom Account and for the entire workspace as I am an Admin. However, it shows up on all recordings for me and the entire team. I see that many people have had this issue. Can someone share how to resolve or a workaround?
We have encountered an issue with our Zoom account where a license appears to be missing. The problem started after adding a new user. The new user's email address is hosted through Google and so when they logged in, they did so by using the login with Google option. After logging in, Zoom showed that their account status was basic, but on closer examination, the email address Zoom displayed after logging in was the alias for the account and hence the reason for the license coming up as basic.Since the user had already begun setting up meetings under the account that used the email alias, I decided to specifically add a new user to our Zoom account using the alias address and then move the license over from the account using the primary email address. This was done, and the welcome email was received. The trouble now is, when we go to log in to Zoom using Google, it no longer picks the alias and instead logs in with the primary email address. Logging in under this email
It is a Zoom Pro Account type. Using Chrome browser. Cleared cache and cookies. signed out and signed back in and error repeats, see attached screenshot. How do you fix it? Thanks for the help
I recently joined Zoom and linked it to my website. When clients book appointments they get a calendar invitation but the Zoom meeting link does not appear when booking the appointment. It just says "URL will be provided when booking is complete." The meeting link will show if I manually create a Zoom meeting from the Zoom site. Also, my Website (go daddy version) says the website is connected to my Zoom account. I want the client to be able to book a session and then the appointment/calendar link is automatically generating with the Zoom meeting link. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Problem: (1) Available time on the calendar is not showing (2) I believe buffer spacing has become buggy / is causing issues Situation:I have a calendar hold that offers 30-minute calls, but these calls can not have another call within 15-minutes before or after this call In the past I have leveraged the "buffer" feature to not schedule calls within 15 minutes on either side of the calendar hold. I also set up the calendar to schedule calls in 15 minute increments. Historically this has allowed calls to be scheduled every 45 minutes, IE: 8am, 8:45am, 9:30am, etc. Recently, it seems like the buffer times are recognizing each other, and will not allow a call to be scheduled within 30-minutes of each other. IE: a candidate schedules a call at 8am and the calendar hold does not show that an 8:45am is still available. OR a candidate will schedule at 8am and another candidate schedules at 9:30am, but there is no availability shown for 8:45am. Is this an update in the syst
Hi Zoom Community,I’m using the Zoom Video SDK UI Toolkit in my Next.js application. Everything works perfectly in desktop view, but I’m facing an issue on mobile view:When I switch to mobile view (using Chrome DevTools or an actual mobile device), the video section for the host is hidden if there is only one participant. However, when two participants are connected (host and participant both share their screens), the video section does not hide — it displays correctly.I am not overriding any CSS properties of the SDK UI Toolkit in my app. I’m simply rendering the meeting inside a div with the sessionContainer ID.Has anyone faced this issue? Any ideas to fix it?Thanks in advance!
My zoom webinar license expired while I had a webinar set up and had sent the link out to all the attendees. After I renewed my license, the Zoom webinar link changed. Luckily, I noticed that they were not the same link and sent out an email to all attendees. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that will occur if my license expires?
I would like to delete past events that have ended for the sake of organization. There is a delete menu in the event draft but not in past events. Anyone know how to delete it?

"I need help, I'm having issues with the recording settings in my paid account for 100 people. It's giving me videos in a resolution of 1280 × 720, but I used to be able to record in full HD. I try following the instructions but don't see that in my settings. Follow the below instructions to enable Group HD in 1080p:Access Zoom via the web portal.Click Settings in the navigation bar on the left of the screen.Click on the Meetings tab.Navigate to the In Meeting (Advanced) section.Click on Group HD video to enable HD.Select the Full HD (1080p) option.Click Save.
Hello, Let's say: John has a Zoom account and organizes Zoom meetings, John asks Dan (the developer) to fetch attendees data from a Zoom meeting ID 123456 and post the data on a website Dan develops. However, John does not want to give Dan the access to his entire account via Sign In or via API. John only wants Dan to have access to a single Zoom meeting. I understand that I ("Dan") can create a Zoom OAuth App but it seems that it then gives me the access to all John's meetings, which is not what I need. Could you please guide me to the correct way to fetch attendee data only from a single Zoom meeting from from another person's Zoom account? Thank you!
Hello All! Looking for an answer. I am the meeting administrator for my organization. When I schedule a meeting and pass along the "invite link" to my participants, they all come across a window asking them for a "pass code". In the past we have never needed a pass code and users just clicked the link. I looked at my meeting setup and the checkbox for the option of requiring a pass code is greyed out. (See attached pic). How can I create a meeting with an invite link that doesn't require a pass code? Thanks for your help!
I installed zoom on my freshly installed ubuntu 22.04 LTS and I faced a issue where i was only able to share whiteboard instead of my screen and there is no option other than that. How can i enable screen share? Is there any problem because ubuntu adopted wayland instead of xorg?
To Whom It May Concern:Could you please consider official Flatpak support for the Zoom application.Right now, I have Linux Mint 22.1 and must work with either the .deb version of Zoom or else the Unverified Flatpak format for Zoom. I would prefer to work with a Verified Flatpak. But this would need your support.Thank you for your consideration.

HelloSince I have my new computer with windows 11, the setting "original sound for musicians" in zooms does not work anymore. In detail, we can hear each other speak but the music sounds seem to be submitted by my laptop. Despite that I have the mode "original sound for musicians" switched on, my music teacher cannot hear me play. I read that some others experienced the same problem but none of the suggested trouble shootings helped so far. Interestingly, with Skype the sound is worse in general, but the music is transmitted, so I would not suspect a problem with my laptop in general but rather problem between zoom and windows 11....Anyone who can help with that?Best and grateful for any input!Josefine

When I use my Logitech Brio webcam in Zoom on my laptop (Dell Vostro 5502 - Windows 10), and I am wearing a striped or patterned shirt, the shirt appears to be moving or vibrating - see attachments, I know it sounds weird, but it is very distracting to everyone on the Zoom session. It does not happen with my Logitech 920 on another computer. It does not happen on my iPad. And it does not happen in the laptop camera app. I have manipulated every video setting in Zoom, to no avail. I have spoken with tech support from Logitech and Dell. I followed every suggestion they had, to no avail. No one has any idea. Does this happen to anyone else? Do you have a suggestion that I can try? Thanks very much.
Got the error"Zoom - Schedule MeetingYou cannot edit this meeting to add continuous meeting chat capability as the meeting requires registration." This is a major FLAW, feature limitation, BUG in Zoom. The logic should be simple:Anyone who registers to the Zoom meeting and then is admitted by the Host, should be automatically added to the continuous meeting chat.By forcing the account owner to choose between continuous meeting chat and meeting registration, the options become:1. Disable Meeting Registration, which then makes it hard to ban repeat offending users as we don't have their email.2. Enable Meeting Registration, disabling continuous meeting chat, forcing us to use whatsapp or another group messaging app. Both options are unacceptable. We need meeting registration to work hand in hand with continuous meeting chat, thereby limiting the need for additional software.
Hi,I would like to set up Poly Studio Base Room Kit + V72 for POC. I stay in Singapore and would like to loan for the set for a demo. Would anyone gives a suggestion on where to loan for the preparation? Many Thanks
I want to increase teh number of participants on one page from 25 to 49. How do I do that?
Dear Zoom Community,Good day! We would like to ask for a consultation regarding our Zoom Room setup. For context, we are trying to eliminate or at least minimize cross-talking (a ducking effect) when far-end and local audio are talking simultaneously. The actual scenario is that the local audio is being suppressed when the far-end and local will talk at the same time (being observed with a third party who is listening for both local and far-end speakers). This audio experience is present when using two distinct DSPs; we remove the audio processing in the microphone and DSP (AEC, AGC EQ, etc.), along with the removal of poly’s “noiseblock ai” to isolate which device is processing the ducking/suppression and we felt like there is processing happening in Zoom Room even though we disable (‘off’) noise suppression. In the article I read, there is a note there saying “there is a basic noise suppression feature in the background that cannot be disabled.” Is there a way we can set this sett
Is there any way to get an itemized report of breakout rooms and each room's participants? I searched for this topic and found this thread, but it's from last year and I want to know if this has changed. If not, has anyone found any workarounds to this? This is for a speed matching-type event, so keeping track of breakout room participants is key. Thank you, Robert
I recently tried to have a meeting and when I joined, the host couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear him. I tried every fix I could come up with in the short time before we gave up. I tested the audio devices in the app and they worked. I checked permissions and whether my audio was turned up. I looked to see if either of us were muted in the app and there was no indication of that. I restarted my computer. I re-installed zoom. I used the browser instead of the app. I used a different computer. I used my phone. I used multiple audio devices on each of the computer/phones I used. And I've used each of those devices for a hundred or more zoom meetings before this so I know my computer can handle it. And the host has regularly used zoom to record meetings as well and said he'd never encountered this problem. What else was there I could do?
