Since subscribing to my Workplace Pro plan, I've been experiencing persistent issues with my Zoom desktop app. I'm unable to connect to the calendar or create scheduled meetings, consistently receiving Error code 100000404 and a warning: "Your calendar couldn't sync. Meeting and calendar services are temporarily busy. Refresh or try again later." I've already tried clearing the Zoom cache, updating the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling it, but nothing has resolved the problem. I don't believe it's a network issue, as my other Zoom account on the same app works perfectly fine. I've also reached out to Zoom support, but I haven't received a response.

When I'm sharing my screen during my classes, if the students send chat messages, I am not made aware of it. No sound, nothing blinking, etc. I only see that a student has written something half an hour ago. That's a serious problem for me as it's usually related to something we discussed in class - half an hour ago.

I had a meeting, and I recorded it locally. I have found the recording file (M4A), but I need to convert it to an (MP4), for the attendees need to se it so that they can evaluate the speech that was given. Can someone please help me, I really need this for a speech class that I am taking?

I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 running Zoom 5.17.2My USB Mixer (Zoom L-8) is connected to my Mac (Mac Studio M1 Ultra) and works great until I open Zoom.Once I open Zoom my USB Mixer will disconnect and will disappear from my list of sound devices when I try to activate it.Zoom has permissions to my microphone and camera in the security and privacy settings. It'll work, but just not with my mixer.

Hello. I am an interpreter who has worked on Zoom very frequently in the past four years. Recently, I have noticed that the original sound from the floor can be heard in the background when listening to my colleagues' relays.Let's say the original sound is Japanese, and I am listening to my colleague's English. Although my colleague's voice is louder than the original sound, I can still hear it in the background, which is extremely distracting. Other interpreters have told me that they have the same issue.  So, I can safely say that it isn't a problem with my headset (Plantronics Blackwire 8225).  Is there an audio setting I can enable to prevent this situation?  I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails inviting me to join meetings and automatically entering the meetings on my Outlook calendar.  These are from persons or companies I haven't heard of, or are from zoom for their training meetings.  I haven't been able to find any way to stop this.  I am so tired of regularly having to remove these meeting from my calendar and there is no option to unsubscribe from the zoom emails.  Please help.  Thank you.

Hi,  I am having this issue with audio mix for the interpreter. Some of ours interpreters wont hear the original audio under the selected translation channel form another interpreter. Is there any possibility to "mute original audio" as is in the participant panel?Or an option to contorol the mix (ducker) which interpreter can hear? Thank you,Filip

Hey, people are logged in into their basic account. I invite them as interpreter, they receive a link with url...... double clicking does not result into them entering as interpreter

how to stop camera auto focusing while Zoom meeting ?I do use Apple 5s and Samsung M21A both have the same problem!specially as a teacher when I'm writing on the white board the camera still focused on me..thanks for any valuable solutions 🙂

I have been trying to enable  and utilize the timer app on a chromebook. I have installed the timer, tried to enable zoom apps, and went through a bunch of different methods and can not seem to access timer or any apps in zoom on chromebook. Am I missing something or has anyone been able to find any work arounds to make this work?

I am trying to set up a meeting in Outlook from the calendar page.   After I click on Schedule a meeting, the Zoom - Schedule Meeting window opens with the choice of Meeting ID, security, video and audio settings and then the default is to click save.   Usually that works fine up until that point. Now when I hit save, a new window opens saying to enter a start time and duration for your event so that the end time is later than the current time.  All that I can do is click OK. Then it becomes a blank meeting scheduler as if Zoom is not working.   None of the Zoom info populates. How do I fix this?  I am on the Pro Plan.  Windows 11.  All the latest versions installed.

Someone please confirm that I'm not the only one that absolutely loathes the changes to how chats and favorites are organized in the Zoom client. It seems like no matter who I'm looking for, whether it's a "starred" favorite, a previous unstarred chat with an associate, or a channel I'm part of...  it's NEVER where I expect to find it. It seems like I'm forever clicking three dots to "view all" and then scrolling (sometimes for what feels like eternity) to find what I need. In about half the cases, I eventually give up and just search for the person I need to chat with...  but doesn't that defeat the purpose? My biggest gripe is with the starred section. What Zoom decides to show me seems to be constantly changing, and never shows me my entire starred list. The whole point of a favorite list is so that your "favorite" items are where you expect to find them, so you can get to them quickly... I dislike these changes v

I used to stream to my facebook page, but since last week I've not been able to stream to my active page as I the drop down like is not showing my active page.Instead the drop down list were showing the inactive pages . What has changed ?   and what do I need to do to be able to stream to my active page again ?

Hello,Yesterday I installed Zoom meeting client on a new ASUS Vivobook computer and joined my first meeting. About midway through (after about 20 minutes) little smileys (thumbs-up, baloon, etc.) started coming up the screen in a vertical line from lower right up to a third of the screen. One smiley group would come, then after perhaps a minute another. I left the meeting and the smileys kept coming. I rebooted the computer and uninstalled Zoom client, not sure yet whether the smileys have stopped. It looks to me like a virus (unless a part of your client?). Please advise what to do. I am having the hardest time finding this solution. I, like so many others, have multiple Google Calendars. You know, Family, Personal, Business, etc. I want to automate Zoom to select my Business calendar when scheduling meetings. Is this possible? Currently, I must first select the calendar, which defaults to my Personal calendar.  Thanks, DD
