interpreter is not recognized

Hi,

 

This is a quite URGENT request. The meeting is on course.

the interpreter is not recognized and I can't start the language interpretation.

The email address is correct and the interpreter joined the meeting.

    I am experienceing the same problem. I have had this both working and not working, most often not whereby the assigned interpreter is in the meeting, however when enabling interepretation in the meeting they show as ****** not joined.

     

    Any help here would be much appreciated!

    This often happens when the interpreter joins: 

    • when signed-in to a Zoom account with an email address that is different from what you set as the interpreter. 
    • not signed-in at all to the desktop client.
    • through the web client or mobile app.

    When in a live zoom, how do I check which email address I'm signed in with?  We think we are fulfilling all of the list above but the interpreter is not recognized.

    Has this been resolved? I bought zoom (instead of teams) because of interpreter option and it doesn't work!!
